The store and the employees are all fine. But the actual cell phone service is HORRIFIC. If you live any where around this particular store do not get T-Mobile for your cell phone service. Get anything else. You will spend half the day refreshing your connection to just send and receive text messages. Scary bad.

This is a great location. All the staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Today I had to purchase an iPhone for work and have never had one before. I had some other issues with my regular phone. Kadeem was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a wonderful experience working with him. He explained everything nicely, answered all my questions and showed me how to work my new phone. I am a very happy customer.

Had a serious problem with a phone, and they weren't able to resolve the issue. They advertise 5G but, after 2 years, it is still not available in SE Florida. The company was also hacked and ALL of the information, including SS numbers, address, and banking information was compromised. We'll be switching to Verizon service very soon.

My son and I went here after I had a bad experience at another T-Mobile store. This was definitely a positive experience. Jake and Nat were the best! They took the time to help me get off my other provider, reset my phone, and put my son on my plan to save him money. It was a very long process and these two were very professional and patient. They explained everything and tirelessly answered our questions. Three hours later,( not their fault)(my previous providers issues) we walked out with a great plan and will highly recommend this location to everyone.

I was in your store twice within the last week. The first time my son and I went to get new phones and combine our services. Usama helped us. He was awesome. He was really helpful and patient. The second time I went in was to transfer my old phone to my new phone and purchase screen and camera protection. Yarely helped me. She, too, was helpful and patient. As I waited for my phones to do their thing, I noticed that everyone there was helpful and patient with everyone. It was worth noting. I did mention it to the staff. Great customer service!

I had a great experience purchasing my new iphone xr and they have this awesome screen protector that if you have insurance and gets damaged will be replaces free at any T-mobile.

Amazing is an understatement. I've been working in retail for years and I know exactly what's bad service, good service, great service, and amazing service. Maria Gaid, the store manager for this location provides amazing service every single time, it keeps me wanting to come back here just for her! Yes she is the one with the exotic look with gorgeous eyes and hair. Product knowledge and service is perfect on her end, not only is she great, but she always keeps the store up to par! Thank you so much for making this an easy process every time!
