Website says must call ahead for notary appointment. Called over 15 times over 3 days and never got an answer. Went in person (as this is a service supposedly offered by this bank to me as customer), and was told that I would have to make an appointment. Asked if they knew their phones were down and associate replied that yes, he knew, and that no one is answering the phones due to Covid (?). Customer service at its worst right here, and come on- you can’t blame everything on Covid, that’s just ridiculous.
