Came here on the 4/12/22 dealt with Jake what a wonderful experience, every time we come into this bank we are treated with top notch service from the whole staff regardless of any circumstances that we throw at them they have been such a big help thank u , us bank. 👊

I went to use the ATM to deposit money into my account. I was stuck behind this lady that was having problems with the ATM. One of the male tellers went to help her so I decided to go to the counter so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. There was no line and there were two tellers so I went to the counter and one of the tellers said she will be right back but both women went into the office. They didn’t even come back until the guy was almost done helping the lady at the ATM and I still had to wait. This isn’t good customer service. She could had helped me before disappearing so I wouldn’t have to wait long. She knew the lady at the ATM was having issues and it could take a while for the guy to help her. When she returned to the counter she never acknowledged that I was still waiting. She said nothing so I just used the ATM after the guy finished helping the lady.

Took off one star for each of TWO problems: 1: PLEASE open earlier between april and october, 8AM or better yet 6AM so we can avoid the heat. Close earlier as well, keep the total hours the same, just help those of us on foot escape the blistering heat PLEASE 2: You need to add a second ATM. Wells Fargo has 2 in Albertson's. The ONE you have breaks down in one way or another far too often. Plus if there are 2 the chances of having to wait for someone slow are nominal. Nice branch otherwise, very helpful and courteous staff. And USBANK on the whole is one of the most consumer friendly and well-intended banks out there.

I lost my wallet and was from out of state, Jennifer the branch manager took the time to very my identity and issue me a temporary ATM card! Without ID, credit cards or an ATM card with no cash and from being from out of state leaves you feeling a bit stranded. Thank you Jennifer!

If you do not appear to be lily white with blond hair and blue eyes, don't even bother. If your address is a long term hotel or a trailer park (god forbid) don't even bother. When we first moved to Las Vegas, we chose U.S.Bank but were told we could not use the address of our first apartment - a long term hotel. When we finally found a place to park our RV LONG TERM we made an appointment to open an account at this branch. First, we arrived to be told the person we had an appointment with (the branch manager) had an "unexpected transfer" and no one knew we had an appointment. We were asked our business. Throughout the woman looked and spoke only to me, sparing only a sneering glance for my husband who is a Cherokee Tribal member - Native American. HE was asked to produce his passport (since obviously HE isn't an American citizen because HE is brown). Throughout she refered to him only as HE as if he were not standing there next to me. I produced our lease and she read out "***** Trailer Park" in a tone of shock and disgust, then said "I don't know if I can use this as proof of address." OUR LEASE IS NOT PROOF OF ADDRESS -apparently because it is a TRAILER PARK. THEN she said she could not use it as proof of address for my HUSBAND because he was not specifically named and signed to it. I put all the bills in my name because my husband is disabled with a chronic illness, and has spend as much as an entire year in the hospital. I need to be able to access our money and pay our bills. She said she could not put HIM on MY account, so we would not be able to use HIS disability payments as our direct deposit. (Which is amusing since generally I am accused of "living off him" since he has the steady income from his disability, after a lifetime of working despite his chronic illness). I finally lost my temper when HE was asked through me (apparently she assumed he did not speak English?) for his passport for I.D. It was made abundantly clear to us by this lovely Scandanavian looking blond that "our kind" were not of a social class acceptable to this bank. Especially...HIM (the AMERICAN INDIAN who is far more AMERICAN than she is). We were made to feel very much like trash. We have both worked all our lives and are now gracefully retired. Guess that isn't good enough for U.S. Bank.
