I went to use the ATM to deposit money into my account. I was stuck behind this lady that was having problems with the ATM. One of the male tellers went to help her so I decided to go to the counter so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. There was no line and there were two tellers so I went to the counter and one of the tellers said she will be right back but both women went into the office. They didn’t even come back until the guy was almost done helping the lady at the ATM and I still had to wait. This isn’t good customer service. She could had helped me before disappearing so I wouldn’t have to wait long. She knew the lady at the ATM was having issues and it could take a while for the guy to help her. When she returned to the counter she never acknowledged that I was still waiting. She said nothing so I just used the ATM after the guy finished helping the lady. ~Shavon

I would give them 0 but not an option. If it was not for my husband, I would have left this bank months ago Their customer service is non existent. I went in a month ago about my daily mobile deposit limit (which until last month was higher, and I have been depositing the same amount for months) where they suddenly lowered it. They said they would fix it. Guess what, they haven't. The manager is condenscending and takes no responsibility for anything I am talking to my husband again and telling him that we are switching. ~Beth

Environment is nice and roomy, the food is excellent. The salsa is smoky and very tasty specially with the beans for dip with chips. I’ve been to many many Mexican restaurants and this should be rated higher than 4 star so I have to bump up a bit. The view was really nice and the staff was great. The homemade corn tortillas alone are one reason to come here. The menu is huge. I have come here a couple times and highly recommend this place. ~Johnny

Friendly staff, but 1 teller and several staff on the phone instead of helping those that attend in-person (6 in line, 19 minutesso far).... This is why online banking is the better choice whenever possible!!! ~Christopher

My experiences at 7-Eleven have all been positive sometimes they don't have what I need but that's okay most times they do even things that I don't need they have and they're very very friendly I appreciate everything they do thank you ~Dewayne

Use to go to this every day I worked for breakfast and lunch. Then they updated they're card readers and it only excepts apple pay. i have Google pay. They dont even except ebt. I've tried every day for the last week to see if they fixed it and it's still broken. ~HexTG

I was in store today and I purchased some gas. I was parked at pump 4 but I guess I told the cashier pump 2 so with that being said someone stole my gas. When I asked what happen I was told that I should have paid attention to what number I parked at and that I could go and find whom every stole my gas. The store Manager was very rude and even called the police on me. This location needs a new Manager because lack of education makes a person handle a simple customer relation problem turn into a personal police matter it really just got out of control. But I did get in contact with their Corporate Office and I must say that the man handled the situation in a very professional way and helped me to get my money back. ~Silver

Large store with a lot of nice items and variety, clean but a lot of shelves were pretty empty. Like most stores it Looks like they took out the photo department & just have a few kiosks. The employees are not friendly, I said “hello, how are you?” to a passing employee & she completely ignored me. ~American
