I have been a customer of U.S.Bank, since the late 1990's. I remember when there business motto was "5-star service guarantee", and there were posters around the branch depicting this...I remember by-passing the ATM, just to go in and see a friendly face and a nice conversation. I have been a customer of this branch since 2015, and none of the above business practices are taught or in place. My wife & I avoid going inside unless we have too (usually the ATM is down). After a recent visit, and being confronted by a rude teller, I decided to contact the branch manager, with a complaint. We (the manager & I) talked about a struggling business and a "revolving door of employees". She conveyed (redirected), to me that I should consider re-diversifying my assets with their "Wealth Management Services"....(?) Reading these reviews we can tell there's a problem, and apparently there is no end in sight. RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: If I talked to the Branch Manager, why would I talk to a "Ambassador"- Declined-

Friendly staff, but 1 teller and several staff on the phone instead of helping those that attend in-person (6 in line, 19 minutesso far).... This is why online banking is the better choice whenever possible!!!

Atm is broken and when it does work it doesn't have cash. Also the hours for this branch are terrible for any normal day worker.

Zero sense of urgency or empathy for customer’s time. Long line and the managers sitting on their chairs taking no customers or assisting the process. One cashier talking and talking with a customer as if they’d run into each other at the park.

The negative reviews fit this branch. I went in to do something on an account that I am on with a parent who passed away and they didn't bother to find that out and just denied me the ability to pay on the credit card. It was like the girl was on a power trip and enjoyed saying NO. I went to another branch that was a million times more helpful. Customer service is a dying ability in many people and businesses

A guy at this branch wouldn't let my husband make a $750 deposit, he said it had to be below $500 in order to make the transaction.. how is this possible?? RESPONSE TO US BANK !!! He was on my account and had an account with this bank.. and I also called another branch and everything you are saying is a lie, I was told there is no deposit limit when it comes to depositing money into MY account and I have made bigger deposits plenty of times before.. Let's just admit this branch wanted to give my husband a hard time for nothing..

The lines for drive thru service are abysmal. 20 minute wait everytime, even if there is only one car Infront of me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! First the ATM eats my check In the drive - thru, now I’m standing outside for 25 min, waiting to speak with someone . NEVER COMING BACK HERE!
