I would give this location a ZERO if it were an option. TRIED to order, but no one was serving the customers at the front counter. I asked a young man "who is serving the front counter" and he said, I don't know I'm just the janitor". A mother and son was waiting ahead of me and no one had even acknowledged them. After I asked for the manager (pictured) a young man came up and asked if he could help me and I told him the mother and son were waiting ahead of me. Finally, the manager walked up and said we are working on just this staff and we have people in the drive thru (The staff seemed ample but no one up front seemed to have direction.)we have the kiosk up here you can use. I told her that both the drive thru customers and those who take the time to walk in are equally important and someone should be more cognizant if that. Then I advised her that we don't use kiosks. Then she said, "well I guess you'll have to wait." The problem was that NO ONE was working the front counter and the young man that finally came to help yelled, "See you later Karen" as I walked out the door because I didn't want to use a kiosk. Poor customer service with lack of a sense of urgency for anyone inside. Maybe we should've ordered from our car to be treated respectfully. Rude manager. Rude front counter associate.Not like most McDonald's. Wouldn't recommend this location.

One of the best McDonald's in town. Always fast, always friendly and serves McMuffin's and some other breakfast until 2pm unlike every other one in the area. Split drive thru which helps the lines not get out of control and has yet to mess up my order a single time in a couple years. Even when I only want a coffee I'm never waiting longer than a few minutes compared to every coffee place on Blue Diamond.

Avoid the location like the plague unless you do a drive thru order. Waited over 30 minutes for a curbside pickup. Went inside to ask what was going on and every employee had their backs turned to the lobby ignoring everyone inside and only focused on the drive thru. Absolutely awful customer service. When you ask for an employees attention they ignore you.

The absolute worst McDonald’s spicy chicken I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how you can get chicken to be that rubbery and too wet and too dry at the same time. Super gross.

This mcdonalds is usually has there stuff together but today I ordered an English McDuffin...get home to find out that they wrapped me a muffin with nothing in side of it. 🤦♀️ I'm sry but who wrapped an empty sandwich to not feel or notice this feels a lot lighter than it should? Not even a sorry about that or offering me something else. Just had it reordered. I wouldn't be so peeved if I didn't have to make an extra trip. You shouldn't have to check to make sure you actually have a complete Sandwich in your bag.

This McDonald’s is always the worst. Today no line at all at the drive through they still made me sit in the reserved spots. Those spots are the worse people should be able to get there food in the order it is ordered. Nothing worse than watching several cars in the reserved spot than several cars after you leaving before you get your food. I swear every time I go to this drive through they get thing wrong too. Also of course when I got home no sauces for any of my chicken nugget orders.

Ordered fresh fries got cold fries half full and a cold burger with discolored cheese Won't be returning. And make me wonder why does the public try to keep places open that serve food like this. Better off closing this one

ACTUAL STAR RATING: 3.5 I'm not a real fan of McDonald's food for health and fitness reasons. So when I come to any McDonald's on an infrequent occasion (at most once every other year), it's generally for someone else. That was the case today. I was surprised to see this McDonald's, located at 8556 Blue Diamond and Durango, wasn't allowing anyone into the physical premises. Although I was surprised, I was incredibly impressed that McDonald's, of all fast-food restaurants, only allowed drive-thru and curbside food delivery. Since I haven't been to this or any other McDonalds in well over a year, I was pretty bowled-over that at this late date into the pandemic, they [McDonald's] aren't forgoing regulations in favor of more stringent standards for the safety of their staff and guests. As I mentioned above, I don't eat McDonald's food any longer. Today I had a cup of coffee that was okay. The curbside attendee was wearing both a mask and gloves. Bravo McDonald's, for pandemic service far above what your competitors are doing, I'm rating this store 3.5 stars, which for me might as well be a five-star rating for a fast-food restaurant. McDonald's Blue Diamond, Great location, conveniently located just off of Blue Diamond. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and good. Very helpful staff and friendly. The restaurant is kinda small but has cozy little seating nooks for dining with friends and family. The food was delivered hot and fresh!
