Refusing people to allow them to take a back pack into the bathroom where there is no merchandise to find this in the stall what a joke of place

They are out of Dr Pepper and Mountain Dew Gogi Berry (pink). The inside has been dirty recently too. ☹️

2 weeks later still no receipt paper in the pumps and still only one cashier working.

1 star is too many. The night shift attendent was not only rude and unprofessional but also made fun of customers as they were leaving the store. He then stepped outside and refused customers service while he smoked a blunt with his friends. Im 420 friendly but there is a time and a place for every thing.

Mens bathroom is closed and they won’t open it. They will open the womens bathroom. Not cool at all. Will go to other locations from now on.

Not a surprise they're not following covid guidelines given how dirty this spot is. I really enjoyed seeing the crusty cookware stored in the hallway next to the bathrooms. Employees don't even mask up either. So. Incredibly. Gross. Additionally they can't even break a hundred when you're filling up. Utter joke of a place.

We were at the Sands buffet. It was delicious, especially the prime rib and the pound of crab you get. Customer service was awesome.

Worst experience I've ever had in a Maverick. Guy behind the counter is so hard of hearing he can't hear me through my mask. Then when I tried to explain to him that I'm just trying to buy some "exploitive" fuel and the pump says see cashier. I'm told to leave. When trying to explain to this miserable employee that I'm out of fuel and therefore can't go anywhere "I'm told that I can push it into the street or they'll call the police". Edit: 15 minutes later after realizing that I was in fact out of fuel and therefore stuck. The employee in question did in fact make the pump work. So I am changing the review from 1star up to 3 stars.

Stopped to fill up truck and get coffee at 11:30 pm. Restrooms were closed for the night. Not very convenient when passing through on a long road trip. Wouldn't have stopped there had we known.

The other reviews sure seem kinda shady, as do the people posting them. If you look like you're doing something that isn't actually shopping, you're being looked at from the second you even step on the property. Your actions determine the reactions of employees trying to safeguard themselves and the business as a whole. Now, if you've ever eaten at the grill if any Maverik, you know it's one of the best things going when integrating convenience and fast food. The quality-to-price ratio is not what you'd expect from a "7-11 on steroids". The floor plan is nothing short of perfect. I didn't see a single unstocked item. Didn't see anything dirty, including the cooler doors. Employees were all nice and smiling behind their masks and the well done plexiglass barriers. Gloves were being used by the cashiers. Good to see they care. Please don't let the other bad reviews influence you. They are really not business relative and more of a testament to the character of those giving the bad reviews.
