I went to pick up a photo order mid-afternoon on a typical Wednesday and Tanya assisted me on the fly, she was friendly, quick and efficient. She made me feel comfortable and valued, she deserves a raise :) 👍🏻

It’s super amazing that someone that has worked at Walgreens for 7+ years WOULDN’T know their companies policies regarding picking up prescription medication. Anyone can pick up a prescription on behalf of someone else. Anyone with an ID can pick up a controlled substance on behalf of someone else! This is a common policy at any pharmacy, and the last thing this cashier should be doing is ARGUE with a customer in public, in front of other customers! Why your cashier felt the need to not only argue with me, but raise their voice at me, all while there was a line of people watching is beyond me. All I did was share with her that she made a mistake, and caused me to wait in line for 40 minutes for nothing. Here’s the backstory - I called to ask about a family member picking up my prescription (because I was just released from the hospital) and the two women working both told me I am responsible for my own prescriptions and I need to come in and get them. So, I waited in the drive through for 40 min, finally pulling up to the window to retrieve my medication. I asked the pharmacist when they changed their prescription policy. After explaining the situation, the pharmacy tech advised me that the two ladies I spoke with were wrong, the policy hasn’t changed. I advised her that I have been waiting in line for 40 min after just being released from the hospital, and I would have rather been in bed and had my daddy pick up the meds. She let me know she would talk to them, and I asked if there was a manager on site. The tech said the manager quit and they don’t currently have anyone. 🙄 My son, who was with me, wanted some snacks, so I pulled into a parking spot and went in to buy some candy. I got to the register and I mentioned to the lady that I spoke with her and her associate a few moments ago over the phone, and I wanted to share the the prescription policy is the same as it has been for years- anyone can pick up a prescription on your behalf. She had the balls to say “no, that’s not true”- to which I replied “I just spoke to the pharmacist and pharmacy tech and I assure you, I’m correct”- she repeated herself again “no, that’s not correct.” Then I said “there’s really no reason to argue. I’m right. I’m just telling you you’re wrong. Can I have my change please?”- she picked up the phone and was going to call corporate to prove me wrong. I told her ignorant self to hang up the phone because there were 10 people waiting in line to check out and to call corporate on her own time (or better yet, go speak with the pharmacist 100 feet away…. Then I walked out. I really can’t stand incompetence! This location needs a manager QUICK so they can put these employees in check. Giving incorrect information about store policy just makes them and Walgreens, look ignorant. This cashier is inherently slow, doesn’t care how long a line she causes due to her sloth-liness, and I’ve kept my mouth shut for years about it.

Went to pick up photos 20 minutes after the online "estimated pickup time" but they weren't ready so I was told to give them about 15 minutes. Went back about an hour later to have my daughter wait in a long line with only one cashier and receive 40 half rolled graduation announcements. No explanation or apology. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Wasted our time and gas, twice.

Lousy once again. I had 50 dollars worth of product at checkout. The cashier was working a register behind me. She kept saying be with you in a minute, as she talked to somebody about eating choclate and getting acme when she was growing up. I finally said, I got be somewhere next week! The reply was, be with you in a minute. I waited 10 mins then left all the stuff i was gonna buy at the register. Im never going back there. Lousy store, lousy service.

Oof, good luck if you get the young middle eastern lady that works the drive thru pharmacy. She is so passive aggressive and in such a foul mood all the time. I avoid this place whenever she’s there. Everyone else seems pretty nice though, especially the front cashier.

The absolute WORST Walgreens in the Nation !!! Pharmacy Manager is nice until you complain then you open the door for the worst experience ever. Told my WIFE .... (would not even talk to ME in person) that my prescription was to much of a hassle for him to fill **ON TIME** so I needed to go to a different pharmacy. Even sat on my prescription for a day or 2 out of spite !! When my wife called to check on the status the reply was " I told you to go to a different pharmacy" After calling corporate all the sudden my meds are ready. So sad you have to call and complain before you can even get anything done. This is not a new situation I have been going to that place for 8 years SAME DOCTOR , SAME MEDS , SAME PHARMACY you would think they would have a handle on it by now. Do not waste you time here if you have any kind of non-common prescription. How is it even legal for them to hold my prescription or insist on me changing pharmacy weird. About 3 years back NEVER AN ISSUE. NOT 1 (When the lady was running the place) now its a JOKE . YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE . I KNOW YOUR READING THIS

Received a Covid Test here which has taken 6 days to get sent back to me when they promised under 48 hours and I have received no help from their store when I called. They simply told me that I needed to wait and didn't give me a phone number to call or anything to check if my test was actually being ran. Then the proceeded to hang up on me without letting me ask anymore question.

The Pharmacy staff is awesome. They are so professional, polite,knowledgeable. I am a regular customer especially in the Pharmacy department. I am there so much they even know my voice when I call. It pays too have good people especially when you have too come there due too health. Thank you Pharmacy Staff. GOD bless each of you.
