I found a lot of great deals on the various items that I bought. I found a 100%Vegan purse with cute leopard print inside it. The leopard print is very small not bold. I found a lot of nice items in the makeup department too. And I bought a cute pair of slip on shoes. And I also bought sea salted vanilla caramels, yummy! That gives you an idea of the variety in this store. I want to go there again soon, I saw pillows for the couch that I didn't get to buy yet. We went in there to shop very close to closing time and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by this. This is a store that I should not be left in to shop for more than an hour...lol. I bought a lot of items on a very short shopping spree.( Under 20 minutes) Lol The prices are reasonable so it's easy to find items that I can afford... in my defense, lol. And the departments are situated so that shopping goes smoothly from one department to the next...

Hidden treasures! I didn’t expect to find so many good and quality stuff here. I didn’t know what Ross was until I was accompanying my wife one day. Now I could find for myself from super nice dress shirts to active sport wears. And occasionally a few items for the house. Their pricing is super friendly for branded products. Make sure to plan 15-20 minutes for check out as the line may be long during the weekend. Would be nice if they have more staffs there.

Better selections on alot of items. I guess we went at a good time around 3pm the lines moved fast while checking out. This is a good improvement at this location. Good job!

They have nothing in the store, the cashiers are not any better than the cashiers Walmart. One of them appeared not to like their job. However an associate in the fitting was very nice.

Worst customer service ever!! I literally just walked out of this location. I needed help with a watch in a glass case and there was a young man by the name of Seyi standing a few feet away. I politely asked if he could help me and he straight up said no because his job was putting away clothes. I proceeded to ask him if he could help me find someone that can, and he seriously said no that’s not my job. I know everyone is short staffed and all but seriously Ross needs to teach your employees better customer service.

They do bring some good stuff from many trade marks at low prices. I like it but some times you will need to look for stuff and sometimes you have to be patient untill they bring something good and new. You can find any thing from clothings to shoes and accessories. The staff are nice and helpful at least the ones that I encountered during my visit to the store. I definitely will be shopping here once I need something to buy.

Today, 12/30/2018 I was profiled by the cashier named Lisa (associate # 983501) in an attempt to try and exchange some jeans that didn't fit properly. The cashier lady with an attitude straight away told me when I handed her the pair of jeans that I was going to exchange when she told me that she already had told some "other lady" (which I don't know what lady she is talking about) she couldn't exchange the pair of jeans. Lisa apparently has photographic memory with thousands of customers coming to the store and recalled the tag was the same tag the "other lady" had.... Again, no idea who this other lady is she profiles me as the same person coming back into the store trying to get a return. I asked for an exchange being that I left my receipt at home and when I told her you already said because I'm the quote and quote same lady that came in earlier you're not giving me the exchange, which she agreed to. Then when I asked her for her name because I want to talk to corporate about her behavior with customers she mentioned that it was because the pair of jeans were dirty... When I asked her to please show me where the heck the pants were dirty she mentioned that I used them and they were gross. I know that I would never EVER do such a thing and to be talked down to like that in front of other people it was just very insulting to me! I did want to clear up that I asked her is she's saying the pants are gross and used then WHY was I allowed to purchase the pants in the first place? At which she had no response to. She also mentioned to me that she regardless if I had my receipt she wouldn't give me the exchange or return because I was profiled to be the "other lady"... I spend $100s of dollars at that store weekly and I can seriously say that I'm disappointed by Lisa's behavior and attitude towards me as well as no other employee or even manager came to see what was going on. Here are the pictures of the pants and as you can see they are not dirty like Lisa say.

The store is in a good location but it is kind of messy compared with other Ross stores, they have plenty of items on all departments. You will find good items from time to time at lower prices than other stores .
