They did take good care of my friend when she went to try out her jeans. I like the wood appliances to reinforce the connection to nature in the interior outfit space. However I wish we had more seated areas. But the customer service was 👌🏾.

Waist of time: Drove 30 minutes out of the way in order to do a Levi shoe gift exchange for pants. Get to the store and the sales associates tell me they don’t sell these Levi shoes that I have to go elsewhere and cannot help me. I feel this is an issue with the franchise/ corporation and indirectly with the store. There should be away for a location to reconcile an exchange or at least scan the item to pinpoint a location for a return. Spent 40min in store selecting pants, trying on and waiting in line. What happens when you order something online or a different location. Then go to another franchise in order to return for convenience, wrong fitting, etc… Doesn’t make sense!! Stand behind your brand and points of sale, create a system to reconcile returns, damaged items etc and allow the customer to fulfill a transaction. Then ship said items to wholesale or donate to less fortunate for write off.

I am a delivery driver for this area and I was trying to make a delivery to the Reebok store and it was my first time delivery to that actual store and didn’t see the store number on the doors so I went to 1015 to ask for help soon as I rung the doorbell the lady yelled through the crack of the door what do you want! What do you need ! you don’t have a mask on what do you want it took everything in me to keep calm while I was at work NOBODY YELLS AT ME AND DO MEAN NOBODY THEY NEED TO TEACH THEIR STAFF HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER IDGAD IF I DIDNT HAVE A MASK ON TALK TO ME WITH RESPECT

JOCELYN WAS THE SWEETEST TEAM MEMBER!! She helped us locate two pairs of pants that we couldn’t locate and even though she was performing multiple tasks she stopped and took the time to assist us. 100% recommend this store!

Small and cramped. Few staff working so line took 15 minutes to get through. Was told when I walked in that there was a sale of buy two get them for 50. Went to register and one of the jeans I got magically didn't qualify. Nothing in store specified what qualified and staff just said all jeans. Purposefully obfuscated terms of sale to trick consumers into paying more, very shady practice.

I love this location for convenience and the awesome, friendly staff they have. I recently shopped for new jeans when dressing rooms opened. I wasn’t sure of sizing and the style because I have not bought new jeans in a while. Jocelyn came and greeted me and asked if she could help. She made my entire experience amazing! Jocelyn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their sizes and styles. She was so attentive, I felt like I had the store to myself. Her customer service and helpfulness is far above and beyond any expectation or prior experiences I’ve had! I left feeling wonderful! The experience could not have been better!

Almost everything in the store was on sale. Employees we're making sure everyone was social distancing. The selection was enormous. Lots of styles for men/women. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My visit was very pleasant. I'll definitely be back.

I love my jacket! I just had to sit in a long line for it lol, it's always packed on the weekends seems like. The store has a sale going on right now if interested 40-60%off but you should go during the week day to purchase items.
