Maurices is now my favorite place to find jeans! Emily jumped in and helped me. She kept bringing me styles and sizes until I found the perfect jeans. It was such a great experience I’ve already gone back a second time for more. The other sales associates were friendly and helpful, too. I got great jeans at a terrific price! I highly recommend you try Maurices if you’ve never been there.

I love the clothes, coupons and sales they have BUT I experienced terrible customer service at this location. No one greeted me when I walked in everyone just starred at me and when I asked for help they just had these blank looks on their faces like I was bothering them. Besides the horrible customer service & them making you feel like you’re a bother the clothes are great.

Such a horrible business. I don’t live near a Maurice’s I stopped by to get something when I was out of town for a last minute interview. The blazer I got didn’t workout so I go to the store and I tell them I wanted to return it but I lost the card that I used so it’s frozen until I can find it. They say they absolutely need the card to make the return, I spend a few days looking for it and I can’t find it so order a replacement. The replacement has different card number on it so I call and ask what my options are, and they tell me to bring any VISA or MasterCard and they’ll refund it onto it. I tell them I’ll be there in 30 minutes. I get there and they are closed. The hours on the website are not updated and they have a paper sheet on the door just saying they had already closed. Waste of an hour drive and awful customer service.

Helpful salesperson. Found a long sleeved top for $26 but it rang up for $13 so that was a nice surprise. I love Maurice's for jeggings because they are comfortable and they fit well. They look like skinny jeans because they're not too clingy or stretchy, just right. I also bought several comfortable sleeveless shells made with 95% cotton in a variety of colors. On my previous visit I bought a long, knee length cotton cardigan that looks great over the other items. Maurice's gets new items in every week. They have fashion in all sizes. Trying to find soft cotton clothes that have some style is not easy in retail stores. Online has organic natural cotton but the prices and the square shapes are uninspiring. I would like to see a separate section in all clothing outlets that have natural soft fabrics with some style. If you know a place that has that I'd love to know. Free parking here too.

Always helpful. I go in-store to try on and order pants. The associated are always patient...even when I call looking. Great selection. I happen to need Long or XLong so it means ordering. I just dislike that the no longer carry a variety of XLong pants. That the best fit for me.

This was my first and last time in this store. Not only was I harassed but humiliated in front of other customers. One of the managers decided to follow me around the store the entire time I looked around. Never in my life have I been treated in such a way. This store will never receive one red cent of mine! I took my business and hard earned money next door where I was treated like a decent human being. Me being an army veteran and an honest citizen should have never been treated in such a way.
