Customer Service could be nicer when it comes to bagging up my purchases. The not so friendly cashier put all my dresses and tops in one small bag😳it should have been nicely folded since they keep the hangers😃and in a large bag. Other than that I recommend Rainbow at this location. Nice clothes. Reasonable prices.

Cute clothes & really good deals if you have time to browse (store seems overcrowded--too many racks, not enough floor space). Unfortunately, this location (I20 @ GSW) has NOT yet reopened its fitting rooms. You have to either try on items over your clothes or take home & hope for the best.

It's 10:20 AM and the door is locked. They were supposed to open at 10. I have watched people walk up to the door, knock and stand around. There hasn't been any movement inside. This is not the only time they haven't opened as scheduled. Get it together people!

Employee was yelling across the store ,she was so loud I put back my item and left, telling the other employees how slow it was ,3 employees walked by me today not one spoke ,I see why it's empty in there

I've been parked at Rainbow since 11:02, mind you it suppose to open at 11:00. It is currently 11:24 and the associates that work here just walked in and locked the door behind them. WTH! Ya'll really need to get it together.

I came in to get clothes for work. I wanted to split the payment, and I told the lady at the register I wanted to put $20 on the 1st card. And the rest ($17.84) on another. I told the lady TWICE that the screen was saying 37.84. She kept telling me to put the card in. I told her the screen was NOT saying $20, she said go ahead and stick the card in and it would only take $20. I stuck it in and told her it didn’t reflect, she said “it’ll only take $20.” I go ahead and do it and it took the total amount! Then she hands me the receipt as if nothing is wrong and says, “it took the whole amount.” I’m like what? I told you I wanted to split the payment. She then says, oh it doesn’t let us do that. I TOLD her 3x I wanted to split the payment before hand! She does NOT KNOW what she’s doing! Short heavier set oriental lady with glasses! She needs TRAINING!

The ladies in this store were very nice and helpful. They were attentive to my needs and fully aware of the items stocked in the store. They helped me find the perfect outfit for my outing.The store was clean. Clothes were on the racks and not on the floors. I will be back! The Manager was very nice & professional.

All the employees were so nice and helpful. The lady who checked me out. I think her name was monique if I am wrong her name starts with a M. She was so nice delightful we laughed and overall store was beat clean a lot of different styles to choose from. I told them I would be back 2morrow. Hats off to all the ladies working there. I love this flared sleeve blue Jean wrap around shirt. Thanks again.
