9 Best shoe store in Grand Prairie, Texas (TX) 2024

Everything was great here other than the customer service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a low tone “hello”- no smiles. Asked for some shoes and she was walking slow and like not in a mood to be there. Music is soo good in this store, they should be live and happy to work here. ~Jacob

Hidden treasures! I didn’t expect to find so many good and quality stuff here. I didn’t know what Ross was until I was accompanying my wife one day. Now I could find for myself from super nice dress shirts to active sport wears. And occasionally a few items for the house. Their pricing is super friendly for branded products. Make sure to plan 15-20 minutes for check out as the line may be long during the weekend. Would be nice if they have more staffs there. ~Tim

Not really a fan. The shoes are a little more expensive then in the original show brand places. I guess they just have different choices or styles but they are 15% hight or even more. ~Romario

Standing by the door so people don’t come in at 5:45 isn’t ok, store says open until 6… you would think they would want the service. ~LinSi

Customer Service could be nicer when it comes to bagging up my purchases. The not so friendly cashier put all my dresses and tops in one small bag😳it should have been nicely folded since they keep the hangers😃and in a large bag. Other than that I recommend Rainbow at this location. Nice clothes. Reasonable prices. ~Hammond

Clean Store very well organized. I went on Saturday March 5 @ 11am, young ladies in the store were helpful and I was in and out quickly!!! ~A.

Do not go there!!! Worst Lacoste Outlet ever. Employees not helpful and not friendly at all! Adding to this bad experience with the shop employees, they giving wrong prices products (sweat on the $65 shelf) and when you go to cashier, $95!!! The manager did not even look at us to explain why they are doing that. I am buying a lot of Lacoste clothes but it will be the last time in this shop! ~Mickaël

Plenty of options and sizes to choose from, even the biggest ones like 13! It's nice to take your time to browse through the multiple options and choices, including the ones on the wall of offers. We particularly enjoyed the customer service as well, it truly makes the difference when people helping you are really going out of their way to assist you and answer even the quirkiest of the questions. ~F
