Not really a fan. The shoes are a little more expensive then in the original show brand places. I guess they just have different choices or styles but they are 15% hight or even more.

Store hours appear online that the store closes at 8 pm and we got here at 7:45 pm to find the doors locked and the employee inside. She came out a few minutes later and was asked what time the store closed and she said with an attitude that they closed at 7?!? Due to staffing issues. Just an FYI maybe call and find out what time they close before you head to the store.

This location closes 15-20 mins early..... not at 8pm!!!! We were told it was due to staffing issues...FYI.

Went to the Grand Prairie outlet Famous Footwear location on 2/1/22 and there was a young man and a lady working during this time. I think the lady is the manager, and it was the worst experience I’ve had shopping at that outlet. She was rude during our interaction, and she got worse when I didn’t want to give my information for coupons because I was in a rush. The experience was so bad, I had to leave a rating. I hope that she gets some sleep or some time off because no one should be treated how I was treated and I’m spending MY money in a store.

My husband had an awesome experience at this location! The young lady named Crystal went above and beyond to help find a pair of shoes for a surprise Christmas Gift! She did phenomenal!! Thank You Crystal for all your help and your time! Merry Christmas and Best Wishes for the New Year!!

Had an online pickup order here. Drove from another city only to get here and find a locked door and no employees in sight. This was during normal business hours and not even close to closing time. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone either. Not reliable and a waste of time and gas.

Usually a good place, the weekend was hectic. The shoes I wanted were out of stock but they do offer to order what you need with free shipping, if you go online yourself shipping isnt free
