Wanted a pair of shoes, did not have price tag. Found the same style, same color, same brand in a different price. Manages on duty Sunday 7/24 at 7:15pm did not honor the price...??? Bad business.

Only issue is that the lines are always very long and there's never any cashier's. Other than that prices are okay but can still find deals with clearance

Ross clothing store.. I bought some pants from rue 21 and I went into Ross to try and find a shirt to match.. I wanted to try the whole outfit on to see if it went well together (by the way it didn’t) and the rude fitting room attendant stated “you gotta get permission to try them on together so we will know you didn’t get the jeans from here or are trying to steal them” with a complete attitude. ROSS DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THESE JEANS! Not only that IT HAS THE RUE21 TAG ON IT! I HAD IT IN A RUE21 bag WITH the receipt! The fitting room attendant, the assistant manager and the store manager all had very stank attitudes! Will be taking my business elsewhere!
