When I first started using this pharmacy a few years ago I was so excited to be able to do my grocery shopping next door while my proscription was getting ready. However over the years my experience with this pharmacy has been terrible on multiple occasions for variety of reasons. From long line of on average about 20 minutes to getting a text that my proscription is ready and I show up multiple times and they have no explanation why my proscription is not ready to the price of the proscription medication be much higher than the neighboring pharmacy's.I kept on giving them another chance but this time it took them over 5 days and 3 calls from my physician to finally get my proscription right, not to mention that I did get a text that my medication was ready and I show up stand in a 20 minute long line and they had no explanation that why my prescription was not ready again!! ~Dr.

I love my CVS. The ladies that work during the day and the gentlemen that cover the night shift are always helpful and super nice. I always feel safe if I have to visit late at night. And the store is so clean. I'm glad I have such a great neighborhood CVS ~Deanne

Went and got my vaccine here at the pharmacy. The pharmacist and tech were both extremely polite and processed me quickly. I hadn't visited this location in a long time but as of December 2021 they are renovating the entire store and now have a minute clinic as well as an updated interior! ~john

I usually come here to buy snacks, never had any problems with the gas pumps. It’s not too crowded, although there’s usually at least one dude outside who tries to talk to me and gets all close up, not very cool ~Crow

i went in to get “monday” brand shampoo, pay, get home and open the bottle up. the pump had what looks like a bug as well as brown-yellow sludge as well as it mixed into the (what is supposed to be) clear shampoo! thanks cvs! ~hayden

I really don’t leave reviews but this store is really bad, it has the worst employees. they have their selfs empty with all the product in the back. I told the lady and old man that work at night shift that I needed some tide for my spend 40 offer and she said if it’s not on the self we don’t have it.. when I clearly can see it in the back through a small window and it was full.. she said we aren’t pulling them out until night shift does or until we get another truck.. I told her so u won’t pull what ever u have in the back until another truck come in. She’s tryed to change it again. Then she said that if I use cupons I can’t use extra bucks because thats another offer that can’t be combined together.. even the weekly add promotes both, and then she said if we continue to use both she will start ringing us up, And won’t let use use self check out anymore.. this is crazy I’ve never heard of that on my 2 years that I used both.. now I guess cvs employees are trying to make up their own rules -.-… well I guess I won’t be coming to this store anymore. that lady for ruining this store for me and I hope that pretending like u own the store helps you feel better ~Yukissa

The pharmacy did not contact/notify me about restocking a prescription that was covered on my recently expired plan. They restock a Rx after 12 days. A work trip and schedule did not allow me to pick up in this timeframe. They restocked the prescription that was 100% covered by insurance. Once it's restocked, they need to call it back in, but the plan was terminated at that time, taking my out of pocket cost from $0 to $360. This all could have easily been avoided with a simple direct communication of restocking purpose/notice. ~Greg

My husband had bought a new phone and gave me his old one dice I broke the screen one mine. Instead of figuring it out by myself at home I decided to go to the store. When I went in they greeted me at the door. The walked me through how to do it myself so I didn't get charged, which was excellent. I decided against it and had them do it for me and I would foot the bill. They gladly got it up and running in no time and were the sweetest couple of ladies. I recently cracked the screen on this phone so I will be going in to buy a new phone very soon. Sure hope they're working. Thanks Ladies ~Christina

I would recommend not coming here. I went to buy a phone for my grandma and told the employee Linda that i wanted the $55 Plan and no extra features. Ms Linda gives me different prices, i agreed to one of them. She mentioned it was just going to be the phone price, first month service bill and activation fee. Once she finished activating the phone, i asked for a receipt because she hadn’t gave me one until i asked for it. Once i got my receipt i looked at it and i was charged 2 accessories which i did not get, she had put me on the $60 plan and added the cricket insurance . They do anything for a simple commission. Don’t waste your money here . ~Jarazeth
