The slowest pumps and the most expensive gas I have ever bought. There are 4 pumps and one doesn’t work. Absolutely no care to be competent

I usually come here to buy snacks, never had any problems with the gas pumps. It’s not too crowded, although there’s usually at least one dude outside who tries to talk to me and gets all close up, not very cool

I’m a security guard across the street at the Preston Royal shopping center. Walk in at about 10:20-10:45pm to get HOT coffee. Be mindful it’s supposed to get down to 42 degrees tonight. No HOT coffee! Pitiful. Coffee helps me stay up throughout my shift. Also helps me stay warm. I work overnight tonight. Why in the hell would I drink some cold you know what iced coffee when I work mostly outside. I’m gone be freezing my you know what off. Ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I put $30 gas but it didn’t work at the pump, I went into the store and waited in line to tell the guy at the till but he acted like he didn’t recognize me, even though it had been about 5 mins before. He told me I had to pay again, which I said no I just did but he was acting like he didn’t know. He said it would take 30 mins “to look” up the transaction on the till for that pump, or to cancel and give me back my money. So he did remember me! Other people at the till backed me up and he where all shocked at how DISHONEST and thief like this guy was. The guy at till was from Ethiopia and his English was awful, no customer service, and a fraud. Be careful at this 7 eleven!

Terrible customer service. There’s a taller lady at work right now. It is 420pm. First of all when I came, she talks as if she doesn’t care about customer service at all. She threw all of my items in bag like it was hers. Then didn’t give me all of my change. And I’m starting to notice that this 7 eleven in particular is good for not giving you back your change(coins). I have to ask Everytime. I swear they do it on purpose.

Was at the store cashing in my lottery tickets on April 5 around 6:45. My friend cash her tickets in before l did. We both had a 15 dollars winners. I had a 15-10-and a 2 dollars tickets. He came back with 12 dollars keeping my 15 dollar money. If he steals from the customer no telling how much he stealing from the company.

A pretty good 7-Eleven. Good service. Not a newer store...but they do a good keeping it clean. Only complaint is that pump # 3 is the slowest pump ever

They put in a new fountain machine that has only Coke products. Won't be back, and if the other Dallas 7-11s do the same will no longer be a 7-11 customer. Liked the choice of both, Diet Pepsi drinker!
