My feet hurt worse than ever! I have been using orthotics for about 20 years. When I needed to replace them again, I went to this store. Usually orthotics are expensive, but here, they have a 3 insert system. So, you pay 3 times the price. When I first tried them at the store, it felt like there were golf balls in my shoes. I was told that feeling would lessen. I have used them for over a month and that never happened. These inserts are never comfortable. Now, my feet hurt all of the time, throbbing pain, even when sitting or lying down. I have not felt the need to go to the podiatrist in 15 years, but I am definitely making an appointment now.

I love my arch supports! They are helping with my low back pain as well as the soreness I was feeling on the bottom of my feet from running. Alex at the store is so sweet and nice every time I come in. He is always ready to help me with whatever I need. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is having low back or foot pain. Also bought a set for my daughter who plays soccer 5/6 days a week to help with her knee pain.

I bought Good Feet inserts a few years ago because I was experiencing plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Since then I have been religious using the inserts. Four months ago I got plantar fasciitis in my other foot. My plan was to get physical therapy and if needed a steroid injection. I had such pain that I cut down on exercising. I was still wearing my original inserts. Then a friend said why not go back to Good Feet maybe they could help again! I visited the Broomfield CO store and I got new inserts. My fasciitis pain is lessening. Why I waited so long? Who knows. All I can say now is …thank you Good Feet! I got my step back!

3 years later and I'm still ashamed that I trusted these people. My big toe still hasn't healed and x-rays indicate permanent deformation of the bone. Please remember that these people are salesmen, not doctors. First ask a chiro about your knees, then ask a podiatrist about your feet and ankles. The one positive thing I can say about this place is that they gave me store credit for the returned insoles. I used that on Brooks Beast shoes, which sell nicely on ebay.

UPDATE: After my dissatisfaction with their service on my second visit I reached out to the Denver store location. I spoke with Daniel who was kind and so helpful. Thank you Daniel for listening to my concerns and being genuine in your effort to help me. Customer Service reached out to me and I relayed my experience and they put me in contact with the actual Store Manager Alex. I went back and Alex treated me with respect and kindness. He listened to my concerns and he was able to address all of them and put me in the right shoes and tweak my insoles to better help. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated that so much! Thank you Alex! When you go to a store like Good Feet it is because you are in pain and great discomfort that is why you are willing to pay the cost of the insoles. You are desperate and looking for relief. Knowing that someone is listening, truly listening to you and trying to help you makes you feel relief that you will receive the help you so desperately need. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am. Be aware of the fraud in this store! Their guarantee means nothing. I was told my plantar fasciitis and Norton's Nueroma would go away and that if I used the product as I was instructed I would get much needed relief. I even purchased a pair of Brooks tennis shoes. I paid a grand total of $1300. I paid in cash and did not finance. I was told that everything had a guarantee. The shoes at five months are considered old! Really? They were giving me huge blisters. While I was returning the products for adjustment they turned around and gave me the very same insoles with no adjustment. I could hear them discussing me in the back area and dropping F bombs. Abe a store associate was instructing the sales person on exactly what to tell me so that they would have to do nothing. I am disgusted at their customer service!

I’ve had my Good Feet arch supports for about two years and from the moment I stepped onto them, my life was changed. My hip, knee and heal pain was gone and it allowed me to continue on my journey towards health but that’s not what this is about. This is about Abe! I’m running a 10K this weekend and I took my arch supports to be adjusted at the advice an associate I spoke to on the phone. When my 5yo son and I came in, we were greeted warmly by Abe. He asked how he could help and then he listened to me. Then, he recommended replacing my insoles (as I had not had them adjusted in over 2 years) and he brought out the replacements quickly. As I was getting ready to test them, I told him about my 10k. As he watched me double knot my laces, he recommended a runners tie that worked great! The new insoles felt great and I feel ready for my run on Saturday. Abe was knowledgeable, intuitive and kind. He is a great asset to the team and I was happy to have been helped by him!

Abe was amazing! So knowledgeable and skilled at explaining things in easily understood terms. The orthotics were/are a revelation! I’ve had back problems off and on for 22 years since my motorcycle accident and within the first 5 minutes of my “Test Walk” I wasn’t feeling any pain at all! Normally, the longer I walk, the more it hurts. This is exactly the opposite. The longer I wear them, the better my back feels! I cannot thank Abe and Good Feet enough for changing my life! I know that probably sounds crazy and had you asked me before I would have doubted that claim as well, but these things are truly life-changing! But don’t take my word for it, find out for yourself how great you can feel!

My husband got the supports and was sold by Alex who seemed to be as good as a used car salesman. My husband was unhappy with the supports we came in to get them re-adjusted like the salesperson asked us to. We came back and Abe helped him get refitted nicely. He was very informative in what he was doing, as well as thorough and made it all finally make sense! He was so good to us, and seemed to be professionally experienced as he cared to let us know what was really happening. I was so impressed I bought some as well. I wish I could give 5 stars for the second gentleman! Thank you Abe for seeing value in us at the good feet!
