Worse customer service ever from Alejandra! Been in here for over an hour just to cash my check! No eye contact no communication nothing. This is a joke. However a young lady named Jennifer walks in and AMAZING she’s so informative great customer service! Like how is Alejandra a manager and Jennifer is not I think they messed up on that part give her a raise and a promotion. As the manager you are supposed to be the face of this location and this is definitely the wrong face. You guys should really fix this ! Oh I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0 stars. Jennifer definitely deserves all the stars

Carina was great had to replace my PLS card, very helpful, up there with the best. Ive been cashing $1,200 -$1;600 & up every week for 8-10 yrs, never bounced a check or had any issues in all that time, it's not that easy to get an ID, I don't trust my mailbox at my apartment because of roommates, I work 6 days a week as a Plumber & maybe the 2 new employees denied me from cashing my check because I was in my work clothes..This is 1st time in 10yrs, I understand new policy but I'm there every Friday afternoon like clock work to cash my pay check. Carina,a gentleman(who's name I can't remember, Lucy(I'm terrible with names I keep messing her name up,the best elderly lady that's ever worked there) I'm working on getting my Id but it takes time, Waiting on birth certificate from Poland, once I get that hopefully this yr then hard to take day off to go wait in line for 5-6 hrs. I want to thank the people that have been understanding & can see that I'm just trying to pay my bills, I asked if I could just deposit my check on my PLS card,(still NO) Its not fair to blame the employees trying to do there job.I apologize I'm just frustrated with Big management, who don't have relationships with working people.

I went to the touhy and california location and they refused to cash my check. When I walked in to this location I was greeted with a nice smile by both of there employees and I was able to get both cash checks . Thank you Lucy, and Ali

Have been coming here for the last 2-3 years. The store manager, and a wonderful employee named Jennifer helped me the last time I was there, and they were amazing. They've had issues with turnover but it seems like all that is in the past. I look forward to continue doing business with them.

I Go there all the time & each time I'm there it is Always a Lady named Raven or Jennifer that assist me! They are So PROFESSIONAL! COURTEOUS! PATIENT & KIND! They're are Others that are in there too that are Kind but it seems like I Always get those two Ladies! They Do their Job & I'm a Very Satisfied Customer!
