This place is charging people twice for plates and/or title transfer. It is unfair to treat people this way. You are supposed to pay title and plates $306 plus taxes on your vehicle. This place charged my friend. Plates and title transfer ($306) taxes ($240) then they fees $15 a piece then another $155 plus a $15 fee! This is not right.

Diana customer service is the best I have got from this PLS. I have a problem every month because I have two profiles and the other workers give me a hard time for the last 10 years. Dut not Diana she is the best.
