This is one of the worst Walgreens ever, the store is never stocked, the employees are not friendly or helpful. The pharmacy department is under staffed they never answer the phone, the people are rude everyone including the pharmacist.

I truly hate this location. It’s hours are stated to be 12am. As soon as I walked to the door, an employee closed the door in my face before saying, “it’s closed,” the rudest way possible. Maybe the attitude reflects the neighborhood it’s in but it was highly unnecessary. If the hours are incorrect then it should be corrected and reflective of current hours. Smh.

I have had a very bad experience with their pharmacy every single time I get a prescription fill. They are the worst people to deal with. They are very rude and disrespectful. Moving my prescription to another store.

This location is super ghetto. And they always run out of things. One day I did a pick up. So I parked my car. This large black woman comes out and I tell her that I’d like my items in the trunk instead of the backseat where my newborn was at. She goes “you know we don’t do that right!” And in my mind I’m like do what? The purpose of pick up is to park your car and they put the items wherever you want them in the vehicle. So what don’t you do? SMH.

Was here yesterday, there's always a long line, surprisingly there was two cashiers, as I line up, I notice there's only one line, when It's about to be my turn, some lady stands next to me (might've thought it was two lines) when the cashier is about to call the next person, I come up to her & tell her I was there first, there's a minor argument, the problem comes in when I'm asking the cashier is it one or two lines? & she's there just staring while the lady is vocally harrassing me, when she clearly knew I was there first, very unprofessional, she should not be working there. And then the lady goes to the male cashier & then they start talking about it, also not okay. Horrible service overall.

The Pharmacy at this location may be conducting illegal activity or just incompetent. The male Pharmacist (S.Tam) gave completely false information about the COVID-19 Booster shot. After immediately researching the information given and calling back we were placed on hold and transferred several times covering a time frame of 30 plus minutes total. Every Walgreens in the General area Pharmacist stated the information given by this person isnt true. Be careful with who you intrust your healthcare services with.

Made appt for the flu shot and still waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes no sense.worse is they took someone else into the vaccine room before us and at that point I had to leave. More than a 45 minutes wait is unacceptable.

What’s the point of making an appointment at the pharmacy if it’s not honored? There’s individuals who made appointments at 8:15 who is currently waiting before me and my appointment is at 9:50. The service is extremely slow while they are discussing their lunch order and discussing patients who were in the drive thru while other patients are around. I shouldn’t be privy to how many times an individual decides to get tested for covid and their personal beliefs as to why someone shouldn’t be tested as often. The professionalism makes me not feel confident in the abilities of this particular pharmacy department.
