Store did not open on time it was supposed to open at 8am but it is 930 and the store is still closed no one there to open

The store is usually well stock and as constant foot traffic. Not sure what the bottom line looks like but I think the store would have more return customers if management would clean and get more carts. I had to walk around with my items and didn't impulse buy because I had no cart. The employees are young so I give them a learning curve. At least they are people of color working the store. I'm going to keep coming back.

Upon visiting this establishment I noticed that there's was a very tense atmosphere which intel what the community is like in that area. Yet a very large an well organized store.

It was great shopping at family$ today. The employees friendly and working stocking foods and cans good on shelves.

The lady with the braids is very nice. The manager (male) acts stuck up and rude at times. The young who works there boy who is kind of tall is confrontational and miserable. He should Definitely find another career path. The store is always cluttered and unorganized; but it’s only 5 minutes away from me. Prices are decent and it beats having to go to Walmart.

My experience here was, okay. The problem is that it's just toooo unorganized. The decor was alright... Once again its a low priced retail store so you can expect to much. The employees work quick and fast. Slightly may be understaffed or different shifts. Not a bad place! I say you check it out! Headphones, snacks, toys, etc. (Update | Feb 13, 2019) Forget everything I said! They have updated this Family Dollar to the max! It's very organized now!! I highly, suggest that you go visit!

Lines are continuously long, very unprofessional, the supervisor was there on her off day talking about other employees then she got into it with a customer over baskets..... There is a way to speak to people without being loud and aggressive. It's a shame this family dollar is in a small community.

Pleasant and accommodating staff. Asked for item that was not on the shelf and staff immediately went to the back and came back with three different sizes (mops). Staff asked how had my day been thus far? Only negative is that building owner needs to update doors. They are manual and pose a problem when leaving out with the cart. Also the doors are not wheelchair friendly.

I was so disgusted at the level of customer service I received on tonight. When I approached the register I spoke to the cashier she looked me in the face and continue to ring my item so i spoke again and she apologized and said that she was trouble in her mind because of the previous customer ( which had nothing to do with me) after completing my transaction I said to her have a good night and she nodded her head to me. i'm not sure what that meant. i understand that this area is predominantly black however it's still a good community with diverse culture . Please hire people with good customer service, maker sure they keep thier uniform clean and have good morals. It sadness me to see my sisters at work look and act so unprofessional
