Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. I came in because I was very overdue for an oil and air filter change and my engine light had come on and I hoped that was the issue. Didn't really know if that would help, but one of the technician said that it might so that was helpful. Turned out it did go off later that day. I was grateful for the info.

Showed up for a quick oil change and saw it was empty. 2 employees so i figured I'd be in and out like at other locations (took my previous vehicle and my wifes vehicles to other jiffy lubes). Not the case. Been here for over an hour already for this oil change and they still charge me full price. Definitely do not recommend Service: Oil change

Jiffy Lube Lemont is back open with the same great service. A team member met me at my vehicle. He asked what services that I needed. The waiting room was spotless. I was on the road in 20 minutes. Great service from the Jiffy Lube crew. Service: Oil change
