asked for grease oil filter change. Upon release of vehicle. Asked if grease oil filter was completed to vehicle I was told that was no service steering service available no grease fittings.. I asked for a manager. Well they changed their thoughts. Vehicle returned to bay and task completed. It was the worst. Messy oil everywhere. Lied to for no reason. Went and put my own air in my tires. 86 dollars for 5 quarts of oil. Sad Service: Oil change

I would not go back to this location, they were not able to reset my car after the oil was change, no sticker was put on my windshield after the oil was changed, the best location is on Elston and Addison, don't waste your time coming over here, extremely unprofessional. Service: Oil change

Yesterday 1/26/22 around 5:40pm I went to change my back light and turning signal. Previously my boyfriend told me that they charged him around $16 to change a back light before so I figured for both lights would be around $30 something. The person working there quote $64 basically overcharged me. I decided to leave because it felt sketchy. The next day I had my boyfriend call and ask about pricing again so he called 1/27/22 and they said $16.99 for each a total around $33.98 nothing close to $64 meaning they are scamming people and probably even the company by keeping that extra money to themselves. They seem to do this with women mainly.

This location SUCKS. Called ahead to make sure they had parts, sat there for an hr for them to tell me there special parts they need to order, and that my car wont be ready for atleast 4 more hours. I was told i can take my car after the instillation of one belt and bring my car back to install the other belt they needed to order (which i called ahead about) but i would have to pay ANOTHER $150 to install the second belt ( which they said they would do for free while installing the first belt) since they would have to retake apart my car since THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING THE PARTS. Like come on. Drive a little further and go to an ACTUAL mechanic since these guys are nothing but scammers. And jiffy lube customer service lines is just as useless.
