This location has always been excellent but Burger King has changed their whopper. I figure if this location is also awful as others I have been to lately it would be my last. I have preferred Burger King my entire life but will never go again.

There's about the 5th time that I get my ordered wrong but because I don't live in this area this is the only place that I go to because I work in this area I had ordered one meal OK and 1/2 a meal meaning no soda with the other 1 And they did the opposite My original meal no fries and no soda The other meal that I got had no fries and no soda that in order that I had ordered a Burger with fries and one regular regular meal Was a chicken sandwich with fries and drink And I didn't get that

It's suppose to be have it your way right? We'll! Everytime I order food my way they make it the way burger king wants it! Orders always wrong! And never have items in stock! Worst BK in town! If you order your food from BK you should get it the way you want not how they feel like making it! 😖

Worst Burger King ever. Literally everytime I come here, I’m asked to park in the front….I’m not sure if the owner pressures them to make the window timers fast but it’s not working they just make you wait in the parking lot. Very inconvenient and annoying! I hate coming here…it’s like a running joke in the neighborhood…”can you park in front?” What a joke.

I wish I could give this restaurant a zero but that’s not possible so I’m giving it a one. I placed an online order before closed and when I get to the restaurant to the drive-through to ask for my online order they are closed. Google notified me that they are open till midnight but apparently the restaurant is now saying they’re open till 11 which I find unacceptable that they did not update their schedule. I placed a complaint to get a full refund back on my online order because my service was unacceptable and I did not appreciate waiting hours to get no food. Highly do NOT recommend coming to this Burger King location and I will NEVER be ordering from there again. NO EXCEPTIONS!

So irritated not the 1st time breakfast sandwiches always over dry they have items on menu but when you order they dont have and tonight ordered and 90% of onions rings were French fries all sandwiches were cold called and told them of issue and had to go back to return food for refund they offered to replace bir husband woupsnt wat being so disgusted and honestly didnt trust to be good

During business hours, I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. Since I got no response, I drove up to the window and waited 2 minutes. I couldn't see anyone. I drove around the building and saw 3 people in the back of the store, so I drove back to the drive through. After waiting another 5 minutes, I left. Service is normally slow here, but this was the first time I have never gotten helped.
