I go there on my lunch break from work order 3 tacos 2 potato tacos cheesy roll ups a chalupa and 3 burritos for me and a co worker they forget all the burritos when I spent 25$ with them I’m very disappointed

1:30pm on June 30th, me and my bf ordered the cravings box and two regular sized freezes. The burrito and soft shell taco were made poorly. The burrito was one half meat and one half beans. Me and my boyfriend like to split the box, so he ate the meat half of the burrito, and I got stuck with the bean part. It was all beans.. the soft shell taco had all of its sauce put on one side too. Manager, please properly and politely teach your employees how to make these items. Please don't be mean to them, I don't believe in cruelty to public service workers. But I do believe I should get my moneys worth... also we got size small freezes instead of regulars. Overall disappointed. First time we ever disliked a meal we got from taco bell. It was our first time at this taco bell too, so maybe we just had a bad hand? We won't be coming back anyway, we're out of town.

Ordered and got the wrong order. It was not busy either 2 cars in the drive thue including myself. This place is trash. Never got a good or complete order from this place. Always something missing or wrong.

Amazing customer service. I wanted food late at night, and understandably there was a wait time. The employees went above and beyond in keeping me informed and preformed above and beyond expectations. I appreciate the closets on Sunday 2/21/22 - what impecable attitude and kindness.
