Absolutely the worst drive through service ever super slow, Seems like the employees don't want to work and can not multitask. This place does not do something about the drive-thru service I got a feeling this location is going to shut down I'm surprised it has not yet with how slow things are. Taco Bell McDonald's and KFC are right next to this place for everyone order Burger King fills other places fill at least 10 orders, No joke!!!!!! Kid-friendliness: I don't understand how this place stays in business to order one Whopper meal takes them 25 minutes it's 10:30 at night and only a couple cars in the line makes absolutely no sense

Went in at 950 am and ordered lunch because i was working and passed by so fig I'd grab food while the business truck was out and the guy in the back refused to make the chicken sandwich and shouts I don't get what people don't understand it's breakfast time and said he's not making it. Cashier was really nice and respectful but the man making the food was very very rude.

When I ask for a whopper off the broiler I always get fresh even my onion rings are fresh

This place is dying. Food can't be fresh with no traffic in or out of that place. Opens at 11? Who does that. They won't be there much longer. In contrast, the McDonalds across the street is always packed and they're not the greatest either.

I'm not sure how it takes 15 minutes for a double cheeseburger and small fry but whatever. Employees seemed to look right through in a zombie like state. Place was kinda gross. Food was meh. Ordered a side salad, got a salad with some OLD nasty chicken on it!! They always mess up orders, and move so slow.

Not even sure if it's worth leaving a review because this place is so bad the drive thru is empty during lunch on a weekend. Went there today at 1230 and was the only person in line. Got my food at 1256. I think I could be in and out of Outback quicker. Not to mention all of my food was wrong and cold. They really should just shut this place down. Only place worse in town is Dominoes. Taco Bell gets a thumbs up though.

I haven't ever eaten here, but while waiting for my nephew to finish up an interview I did see one of the workers do something really nice for two older gentlemen. So I decided to leave a review and let him know that I appreciated his act of kindness even though it wasn't directed at me. The world needs more of that.

7th time they gave us bad service, 1st the ice cream machine was broken, then they were out of burgers, chicken, napkins. they need to get their act together. always messing up are order!

This review is for the Antioch, Illinois Burger King. This is a typical BK in regard to food and space. However, management and service here is better than average. The dining area is usually mostly empty, even at meal times. Most customers here opt to use the drive-thru, which is remarkably quick.
