Located in historic downtown Mt Carroll, this restaurant gem is not to be missed. Cherry friendly staff greet and serve. And service is perfect. Between craft mixed drinks and unique gastronomic food choices you'll be happy you. We had the baked gruyere cheese with spinach pesto YES!. Twice cooked fries with aioli if you're a fan of crunchy fries. The housemade banana ice cream is a contender.

We can't come to Stockton and not go to Molly's! I have never had such delicious, original cocktails before. The food is beyond amazing, and I have yet to find anything I don't like! Even after 8 visits! I cannot recommend this place enough for delicious food, wonderful service and some of the best drinks Ive ever found!

Good food and drinks, but pricey considering. The staff is friendly and attentive. Molly's is always a good place for a date but seating is limited so be prepared to eat sitting at the bar. *Update: Returned to Molly's recently with 3 friends, we split an app and a dessert, plus we each had a cocktail and an entree. Our bills averaged over $60, with tip. Food and service were good, but just soooo pricey for a small town restaurant.

My husband and I went here on a whim. We called ahead, and they had a table on the enclosed, heated patio available for us. We had the ribs as an appetizer, and for dinner, we both had the roasted chicken with autumn vegetables. Our drinks were great, food was amazing, and our waitress was wonderful. It was our best date ever! We will be back as often as possible. What a great hidden gem!

A heavenly oasis of great cooking and great service, on a cute cobblestone street in historic Mt Carroll. They have struck a perfect balance of providing exceptional service without being pretentious, and cooking great food at very reasonable prices. If you are a foodie, This should be your first stop in the area. There is really no other restaurant in their league

Our first visit to Molly's and certainly didn't disappoint. The appetizer, drinks and main course was amazing! Excellent service and the bartender knows how to prepare the best cocktails bar none. If you haven't discovered this little jewel, you need to make the trip to this quaint little town.

This is an awesome place. The food was way beyond what was expected! The steak I had melted in my mouth! The picture does not do it justice. All the staff was great.

Off the charts awesome. Handmade fettuccine with marinara was perfect. Portions perfectly sized. Double-cooked fries with aioli mayo were deadly good, as was the Brussels sprouts appetizer... Margarita with elderflower was magical! The Inn at Molly's (two suites only, right upstairs) is also stunning!
