Visited my home town and it was sad to see how deteriorated the area has become. At first I wasn't even sure the restaurant was open. Inside one of the employees small child was running about the place and another employee was evidentally just hanging around bothering those who were actually working. Drinks were limited and if you were wanting diet soda, you're out of luck there were none (see photos). The place was quite dirty and it was evident that nobody working wanted to clean because as one employee walked in he was immediately told by the apparent "supervisor" that the place was filthy and he needed to clean. Not very appetizing. My suggestion is that if you want Burger King drive the extra couple miles to the location on Halsted in Glenwood, it's MUCH nicer!

Would not recommend this restaurant probably the franchise as a whole they are basically robbing customers without a gun a coupon for 2 whopper meal for 9.99 wit my app 10.99 wit tax the bread for them was so hard it was inedible I reached out online through email was told the management team would be reaching out to me for e refund haven’t heard nothing from them every time i go to this location I have an issue most of the time I cant even order kuz system are down or they jus won’t answer at the speaker

Food was served cold. Ordered 2 double whopper meals. Fries were barely cooked and patties were old and cold. The person in front of us got a refund for cold hamburgers, I should have trusted my instinct and walked out after that incident. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Such a disappointment!!! Also the staff really needs to look more professional. They looked like slobs with their shower caps, saggy pants and stained clothes.

I ordered a Whopper, jalapeño poppers and a cup of water. It took 16 minutes to get the order complete. The store was short staffed as usual. The jalapeño poppers had no cheese, jalapeño, and wasn’t poppin. I’ll never go back. I’m certain that this store will be closing soon.

I hadn't had a Whopper in about 8 years or so, and I thought why not. I don't know if it was this place or all BK's are the same, but it was the most flavorless hamburger I have ever had in my entire life. Won't be trying it again anytime soon.......The above was a previous trip. Tried again today and haven't eaten yet, but it took FOREVER for the lady to even take our order. We were the only 2 in the store and the drive up seemed a little slow.

We had groupon for 10$ and we were told they can’t use it, workers didn’t know how to use it, too much attitude so we had to pay with card. Plus We asked for no mayo but got burgers with mayo! I couldn’t eat it .. worst experience ever

Horrible customer service always rushing people even when you say one moment you can’t get that. Has attitude every single time I come here no matter how you start your conversation off with them. Bad at using their own coupons. I would say my number of the coupon and they immediately yelled that’s not a coupon code! So ghetto and then say never mind it is a coupon my bad …like girl what?

This Burger King has had serious issues since at least early 2019 saying systems down on at least 7 occasions then food like onion rings and fries are hard as a rock my final straw and visit was last week 4/24/2021 I went sat in line for 10min waiting and when I pulled up to order was informed that she wasn't taking any more orders because she was waiting on the next shift to arrive. I am done with this location they used to be great years ago now the worst😠
