It's the only place avaible for "decent" shoes and by that I mean not Walmart. The selection is very limited and the shoes are C tier.

I don't think they've heard of customer service. In a world where stores like this are going out of business they should make an effort. I wasn't asked if I needed anything the whole time I was in the store. When I asked if they had a shoe in a different size I was told everything they had was on the floor. A few minutes later I was told they could order me a wide. Ask if customers need help. Check online before dismissing customers. Don't ignore people who keep your store open.
