My daughter and I went to this shop for the first time since 2020 and we requested to sit together. Which should not have been a issue But it was. I requested to have a Gel fill-in Several other people walked in the shop and were served immediately as my daughter and I sat patiently waiting finally we were seated my daughter had SNS and the tech did not know what to do and she made my daughter’s finger bleed and she did not apologize and my daughter was not able to have the color she wanted so she had keep the same color. Speaking in their native language is also disrespectful to say the least! Anything you need to say in front of me should be said in English and when I speak you’re listening to me and responding in a very rude tone. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

My nails are super pretty. I got a full set of acrylics. I walked in and they took me i didnt have to wait. The guy was nice and he really Took time to make them look good. He spent a while on the hand painted lines and im so happy. Was $90

I went to Star Nails to get my nails done last minute for graduation. The nail tech Leon was very rude. He asked me what color I wanted I said a dark green then he proceeds to say dark like you? I was so shocked. I will never go back there

This is an amazing place. All the people are talented at what they do and do it well. They always talk with me to and aren't on there phones or something. I waited about 20 minutes just to get an eyebrow waxing. I wasn't even attended to, workers were standing around doing nothing, the second someone else walked in they were attended to. I'm never wasting my money here, your customers are supposed to feel special when they walk into your store.

I paid for a dip powder nail and was charged for dip powder. They used acrylic powder and a week 1/2 later, my nails are cracking. He used dip powder for the top coat. Who knows what else they lie about. Do not pay for their deceitful nail service.

Pricey but nice & spacious salon. I paid $55 for no chip acrylic fulset, coffin (1 color/nothing fancy) and $45 for basic pedi no chip. So no chip to them means an extra $15. The staff is very social & friendly but the tech who did my nails asked me for a "nice tip". Here's a tip, don't ask for a tip lol at least not with words but with your service. The following day after leaving the shop, a nail broke and so I returned that same day and they repaired it at no additional cost. I could see myself giving this shop a second chance simply because they were engaging with their customers and not just talking amongst themselves. My final tip would be to be more consistent with your advertised hours- your business cards say you close at 8pm but your store says that you close at 7pm.
