The manager Brandon and his crew are nothing but nice and extremely helpful. I've had to bring my car their twice in the last 2 weeks on a last minute emergency and they took care of my immediately. They have very exceptional service and I highly recommend taking your car to pep boys of Matteson, Il to have it serviced

I needed a tire replaced. A competitor tried to convince me I needed a host of things that I knew I didn't, so I came to Pep Boys. Tori and Sean were fabulous! They respected my knowledge of my vehicle and never pressured me. Although I came in near close, they gave me their complete attention and didn't rush me through. I loved seeing the dynamics of the team as they did their work. Friendly banter and smiles were obviously normal for them. Even mundane tasks were handled cheerfully and with attention to detail. Another thing I appreciated was their confidence -- it helped me feel confident, too. As a manager myself, I can see thatTori has put together a great team. I am a stickler for customer service and I received that -- in abundance. Thank you, Tori, Sean, and the nice young man who did the actual change for me (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name). Y'all turned a frustrating experience into a great one.

I needed tire repaired. Not surprising, the tire had to be replaced because the bubble burst. They showed me the damage and tire wear. I had a great experience, everyone was professional and courtesy. They took me even though it was 30 minutes before closing and got me right. I am so grateful because I had long commute back to the city. I will patronize them again!!

Tori at the front desk told me it would be 200 dollars to replace the bulb in my headlight and would take an hour and a half to do so. When explaining my bumper do not need to come off in order to change the bulb she said that’s what my computer is telling me and wouldn’t listen to what I was telling her. I left went to auto zone and the guy changed the bulb in 5 minutes! I will never give the establishment my business again.

I walked in after getting a flat tire. Tori was super accommodating and had me in and out in about an hour. I would definitely return, but I would love if they had wi-fi and more outlets for working in the waiting area.

I came in late Wednesday night with a tire leak. They took me in right away, ended up replacing all of my tires and an oil change… Victoria was very patient and professional and took great care of me…. I had a fantastic experience with great customer service; I thought this level of care didn’t exist anymore. I’m very fortunate to have met this Team!!!! I absolutely will come back…..

I purchased a car battery that died within hours of picking up my vehicle. The manager was beyond a jerk and the assistant manager finally promised me a refund after 2/3 weeks of this occurrence which I have yet to receive 3 months later.

It's great to see customer service is still alive and well. While getting my daughter's jeep ready for going back to in school learning, I couldn't put air in the tires due to broken air stems. Brandon and crew at pepboys got my vehicle in and took care of the problem on a late Saturday after with no attitudes . Can't say enough, thanks, I'll be back
