I needed a tire replaced. A competitor tried to convince me I needed a host of things that I knew I didn't, so I came to Pep Boys. Tori and Sean were fabulous! They respected my knowledge of my vehicle and never pressured me. Although I came in near close, they gave me their complete attention and didn't rush me through. I loved seeing the dynamics of the team as they did their work. Friendly banter and smiles were obviously normal for them. Even mundane tasks were handled cheerfully and with attention to detail. Another thing I appreciated was their confidence -- it helped me feel confident, too. As a manager myself, I can see thatTori has put together a great team. I am a stickler for customer service and I received that -- in abundance. Thank you, Tori, Sean, and the nice young man who did the actual change for me (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name).
