I needed a tire replaced. A competitor tried to convince me I needed a host of things that I knew I didn't, so I came to Pep Boys. Tori and Sean were fabulous! They respected my knowledge of my vehicle and never pressured me. Although I came in near close, they gave me their complete attention and didn't rush me through. I loved seeing the dynamics of the team as they did their work. Friendly banter and smiles were obviously normal for them. Even mundane tasks were handled cheerfully and with attention to detail. Another thing I appreciated was their confidence -- it helped me feel confident, too. As a manager myself, I can see thatTori has put together a great team. I am a stickler for customer service and I received that -- in abundance. Thank you, Tori, Sean, and the nice young man who did the actual change for me (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name). I brought my vehicle into Mahler’s because they were highly recommended to me by a few trusted colleagues. They were the third shop I went to because I like to get second opinions. Everything they told me my vehicle needed fell in line with what I already knew. I was warned that they’re prices are slightly higher than other places, however they stand behind their services and the parts have a lifetime guarantee. The gentlemen at the counter were very professional and the services they provided me were outstanding. My only complaint is that this is a very busy shop, so sometimes it takes a while to get in for an appointment, and they are slightly more expensive than other places, but you get what you pay for. Other surrounding shops even bring their customers vehicles to have Mahler’s mechanics service them, that’s how good they are.
