I needed a tire replaced. A competitor tried to convince me I needed a host of things that I knew I didn't, so I came to Pep Boys. Tori and Sean were fabulous! They respected my knowledge of my vehicle and never pressured me. Although I came in near close, they gave me their complete attention and didn't rush me through. I loved seeing the dynamics of the team as they did their work. Friendly banter and smiles were obviously normal for them. Even mundane tasks were handled cheerfully and with attention to detail. Another thing I appreciated was their confidence -- it helped me feel confident, too. As a manager myself, I can see thatTori has put together a great team. I am a stickler for customer service and I received that -- in abundance. Thank you, Tori, Sean, and the nice young man who did the actual change for me (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name). I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE ON THAT DAY BUT MY ORDER WAS ALL JACKED UP. I DON'T HOW THE PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU MISTAKE WITH CHEESE FOR NO CHEESE. THEY PUT A BIG HUNK OF LETTUCE ON MY BURGER. IT WAS ALL WRONG. WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD TO PUT MY OWN CHEESE ON MY BURGER AND REHEAT IT AND MY ONION RINGS CAUSE EVERYTHING WAS COLD. ~PAULETTE

This is my favorite $ Tree. The manager, Lawrence, makes shopping very easy because he knows his stock so we’ll. Instantly he saves me time when I ask where items are or if he has it. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. It’s easy to shop there. The best Dollar Tree around. ~Titan

My nails are super pretty. I got a full set of acrylics. I walked in and they took me i didnt have to wait. The guy was nice and he really Took time to make them look good. He spent a while on the hand painted lines and im so happy. Was $90 ~Virginia

They did good work. Small complaint was that the over the phone price changed when we got to the register. It was easily resolved and we are return customers. ~Janelle

They did a wonderful job on my fur baby. He came out super happy and looking so cute and handsome. Came home smelling so good from his grooming appointment and his nails were nice and smooth from the nail grind. I will definitely be coming back to take my fur baby for his grooming appointments. I brought him here once when he was a little pup but I'm bringing him back here cause it's closer to my house he first saw Brittney when he was 6 months old I believe and she did a wonderful job on my fur baby but I found out she only there on Sunday's he saw someone different this time and also did a wonderful job !!! Will be coming back and to make his next appt with Brittney! ~Elisa

I'm from out of state and have business accounts with bank of america these people are not used to dealing with business accounts and it shows. And the bank of america employees have bad attitudes. The only good person working there is the security gaurd. ~black
