I had the most awful and bizarre experience today at GNC Matteson IL. Upon entering the store Luis was engaged in a very loud conversation with a customer. Neither of them were wearing masks which was greatly disturbing to me and the other customers as well. Luis continued his loud, casual, personal conversation for over 20 minutes and ignored the line of waiting patrons as if we were not even there. On previous visits I was helped by Taylor who is very customer focused, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to Luis’ poor service today I will not return to GNC again. I’ll just order from Amazon ~Patricia

The store is always nice and clean, but they're selection on certain things is somewhat limited. I'm from a different town and used to buy an Italian style bread. But this store only seems to carry white and wheat. Other little things like that but the essentials are all there. And as always the cashiers are always fast and friendly. ~Rebecca
