I'm from out of state and have business accounts with bank of america these people are not used to dealing with business accounts and it shows. And the bank of america employees have bad attitudes. The only good person working there is the security gaurd.

If I could I wouldn't even give this location any stars, and the sad part is the staff doesn't care how their clients feel, coming here is like going to the aid office on 111th Ellis, you get the same service, SLOW AND NOT CARING.................

This branch has the worst customer service and the branch manager Lorena was horrible she racially profiled and unlawfully flagged my account violating any proper protocols or procedures according to supervisors that I spoke to over the phone. I wish I could give them no stars. And I probably will be taking my business elsewhere due to my experience at this BOA

Tellers and agents are friendly. However, the wait in line is long because they need more tellers. Also, it would be nice if the drive thru was reopened. During covid-19 everyone could stay in their cars. (not touch anything, not worry about social distancing or whether the person in front or behind them are coughing, sneezing or have a mask on. It is also safer for the employees.

I recently switched to this bank and visited this location. There is no drive thru service. If you can’t use the ATM you must go inside, however with Covid they have very limited hours. There are 3 ATMs outside, however only 1 of them works regularly. Going inside, regardless of the reason just be prepared to wait.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. Wait Time for speaking to a Customer Service Representative is probably 1 Hour or more. Even the lines waiting for a teller the line was almost the door. And mention to the Rep concerning wait time And Not Even A Courtesy Apology

Would you like to speak to a customer service representative? Please press 4. #4 is pressed. All reps. are busy at this time. If you would like to go back to the main menu - press 1- hold is not an option - if you stay on the line they hang up - go back to the main menu and you get the same options - press 4 for a customer service rep and round and round. Ridiculous, I am glad I don't do my banking at this bank. 0 stars - but it wouldn't let me so I had to chose 1 star.

They need to train the people who work here better. They cannot read, nor comprehend anything! I tried to deposit a check into an account, and they almost refused because it was the first name on the account. Clearly, the account has two names, and any name is acceptable. I did not encounter this problem until they had some new idiots working there.
