This is my favorite $ Tree. The manager, Lawrence, makes shopping very easy because he knows his stock so we’ll. Instantly he saves me time when I ask where items are or if he has it. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. It’s easy to shop there. The best Dollar Tree around.

Had a few things that I had been looking for one was a healthy balance juice regularly three dollars in grocery store for 1.25 expiration date was good year away way to go dollar tree.

I truly miss the gentleman by the name of Amir. He gave really good customer service. He always spoke at the cash register and was friendly. He was there in the Spring of 2021 until the end of the summer of 2021.

Upon visit today found that all prices are now $1.25. Been doing business with this store for many years but after raising pricing 25% on each item I think I will shop elsewhere. There is no justification for a business to raise their prices that much.

I like going to Dollar Tree in Matteson. The store is brighter and cleaner than it use to be. The stock is put on shelves instead of on the floor in boxes. I never see empty shelves. Everything is neat and makes shopping enjoyable. Plus the staff is friendlier.

The store is not very well stocked. But they did have good fall decorations and a good selection of Halloween stuff. HOWEVER they had these carts blocking the aisles. The store looked dirty and like they had some lights not working. Good for a quick stop but could be improved.

They didn't have any cards available for customers. It would all so be helpful if they had larger bags during the holiday especially with people buying wrapping paper and gift bags. The store was organized and well stocked. They opened up lines immediately when it got too crowded. Staff was courteous and looked more professional in their black shirts and name tags. This store has improved.
