My husband and I were looking into buying a hamster or a guinea pig not once did anyone walk up to us in the 45 mins there to see if we were ok or needed help. I had to go ask the cashier and when I did I seen someone who I assumed was a manager or lead in someone I forgot to look at the name Tag but when I asked she seemed to be bothered because she was doing something obviously more important than the customers. She then went on to ask an older white male very old with glasses to assist us. He was the most ignorant white man I've came across when we asked questions he was trying to convince us not to get the guinea pig because it was 300$ or more for everything and it would be a long commitment and bigger spending in the long run. He assumed we were broke or were not able to afford it because of how we looked. Never again will I ever spend any of my money at a place who hires ignorant, lazy, and judgmental people like they do here. Instead of trying to make his company money he convinced me on why I shouldn't spend a dime in this place.

This is the most despicable, careless, and unprofessional staff that I ran across in so long. They cut part of my 10 pound dogs hair leaving about 75% her fur. They swore they bathe her but she smells worse than she did before I dropped Her off. Not to mention she was bleeding on her stomach! If you value your pet and want them treated appropriately DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND SHOULD ALL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY

When I say it took everything in my power to not lose my cool with the grooming associates. This lady dragged my dog down the aisle by his neck AFTER I JUST TOLD HER he was having medical issues. Then she comes back with him says he tried to bite her well DUH genius you dragged him. DONT take you’re dog here!

Do Not take your loved pets to this place. They are rude and lazy. And they lie and waste your time to keep from working. There are much better groomers!! If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate.

I came here with my puppy a week back, very stressed out. The workers Brie and Janet helped me the entire time with carrying things, finding items and checking out. Janet especially helped me find a bunch of coupons to help with my purchase!!! Definitely will be returning.

They did a wonderful job on my fur baby. He came out super happy and looking so cute and handsome. Came home smelling so good from his grooming appointment and his nails were nice and smooth from the nail grind. I will definitely be coming back to take my fur baby for his grooming appointments. I brought him here once when he was a little pup but I'm bringing him back here cause it's closer to my house he first saw Brittney when he was 6 months old I believe and she did a wonderful job on my fur baby but I found out she only there on Sunday's he saw someone different this time and also did a wonderful job !!! Will be coming back and to make his next appt with Brittney!

If I could give zero stars I would, I brought my dog in for grooming and a nail trimming using a grinder, her quips are very long and cannot be cut without substantial bleeding. After the 4 hours she was in the grooming salon I pick her up to find she got her nails clipped. The worker stated that the front nails couldn't be done with the grinder. I said no problem since it appeared they were careful and only caused minimal bleeding, after further inspection when I got home after she trailed an immense amount of blood through my kitchen, all of her nails were done via clippers and she's constantly bleeding and might even have to take her to the vet if it doesn't stop soon. I recieved no phonecall or anything prior to changing my order. Absolutely astounded at how terrible you people treated my dog. Edit she is now bleeding through her gauze.

This place is awesome! All the associates is respectful and nice. The groomers do an excellent job on my pet and they always keep me informed if they have to do anything extra. It's real easy to set an appointment.

The only reason why I am even giving this Petsmart two stars is because 1.) Baby Yumi!! (See photos.) and 2.) They always have my Jacky's food, expensive, but well worth it. Unfortunately, the manager was rude and unhelpful, they were short staffed, overpriced, and their reptiles were not housed properly. Hence me buying, yet again, another Leo!! Darn you P. M. Your lack of maintaining animals correctly is turning my house into a zoo. 😁
