Luisa is terrible at grooming. I asked to take half inch off, and make head circle ish and she took everything off. Don’t recommend her at all. It’s better to go to your pet clinic and get grooming there if they offer than here. When you try to explain to them how you want you, they only pretend to listen. It doesn’t seem like an inch was taken off and the head is circled.

I go there because they have the prescription food my cat needs for his irritable bowel syndrome. The store is always clean and well stocked. Friendly service. Always happy to stop there after work on a Friday. Definitely going back and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good pet store.

The grooming for my Yorkie was not very good. They missed several areas around the ears. 04/24/22 Went again and talked with them about the previous issue. They cleaned up the ears for this visit.

Been going to the groomers and vet for years. The staff is great... especially the receptionists/techs. My dog Dexter is not afraid of them and doesn't put up a fight going. They remind me of everything that I need for my cat and dog. I'm moving away and I will miss the comfort that these people have given me over the last 8 years.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff, items are plentiful and easy to find. You can literally find anything you are looking for, there are very high end brands of food for your pet and the average run of the mill. I also noticed the variety of different things from treats to toys and so much more. I definitely recommend this place. Yes you can bring your dog with you.

This is hard for me to say but THIS STORE IS AMAZING!!! I feel like part of the PetSmart family. My dog Echo has taken training classes here and this is the only place I will let groom her. The staff is friendly and just all around AWESOME!

This is what happened there, I have my puppy for grooming and Jenna cat her puppies ear. Looks like they torture dogs there. Don’t leave your dog in petsmart, it’s horror they do force the dogs to do thinks. I wish to give zero starts but no option.and u can see picture befor and after. She’s terrible in grooming.

I took my shihtzu/ chihuahua mix in for a bath and hair cut by EMMA she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing she cut him to low and spots everywhere, she cut his ear and didn’t properly cut around his face, he didn’t smell fresh and on top of that he came home with fleas, my dog is an in house dog… I will never bring him to the oswego grooming salon again… better hope I don’t sue for this messy job she did

Very helpful staff. We came here to do a meet and greet for our guinea pig so she could meet a new friend. They let us use the dog hotel area to have a quiet space for them to meet. The staff was nice and a vet tech came to help us when we had questions. The store was clean and organized and had clean bathrooms. They had lots of items on sale and a big selection as well. Overall, this is a good store for your pet needs.
