I can’t say enough good things about the groomer and manager Sharon. She is absolutely amazing! my pup is extremely anxiety ridden. I cannot thank her enough for the kind, calm and patient treatment she gives my dog. She is extremely talented and thorough. She not only does a beautiful job grooming him, she cares about his well being. It has eased not only my pups anxiety when getting his monthly grooming but mine too, knowing he’s in the best hands. The person on the phone proceeded to make her appointment. Finally the day of her appointment comes and I get a call from the groomers a couple of hours before her appointment; person on the phone basically is telling me that they had to cancel my appointment because she was “trying to jump off the table” while getting her haircut (this was never told to me by her original groomer when she returned her to me the day of) I told the person who called me that this was NEVER expressed to me and when I made the original appt all that was said was she was pulling but that it was normal for her first time… also I expressed concern for them canceling LITERALLY at the time of my appointment! Of course I asked to speak to a manager who was extremely unprofessional and kept saying she didn’t know why the girls never told me or why they made the original appointment… The manager said they were canceling my appointment because the groomer with the “most experience” wasn’t available during my appt time/day and the other girls weren’t “as experienced” as if that’s MY problem… don’t hire people who aren’t capable of grooming ANY type of dog. Staff is nice, place is pretty clean but , if your dog pees inside the store, please clean it up. I cannot tell you how many times me or my dog have stepped in pee puddles. Be a responsible dog owner

I dropped my dog off for Grooming. I’ve been going there for over 5 years with my dog and never had an issue. I’m on my way home and get a call saying that I need to come pick up my dog because she did not want to walk for them right away. My regular groomers schedule was fool. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dog has been coming to this PetSmart for 4 years for the grooming services. As of last year, we noticed a change in the staffing and professionalism of the grooming staff. We thought this was due to the pandemic so we stayed around. We continued to be a valued customer due to location and for the fact that my dog was familiar with their grooming department. My dog was labeled as an anxious dog by a new groomer after a visit and from there on out we had to cough up a $15 charge for express service each time. We also can only be seen at certain days/times that were convenient for them (not convenient for those who work). Today, we had an express appointment and we were told to come in an hour earlier due to cancellations. As part of the express service fee, the owners have to stay in the store to be present when the dog is finished. After 25 mins, the groomer called me saying that my dog was ready and to pick him up. This was surprising as it normally takes 1hr to finish his grooming. When I picked him up, the groomer falsely stated that my dog was “aggressive” and tried to jump off the table to bite a dog which was far from the truth, as I was there the whole time to witness his service. My dog has never been noted to be aggressive at all. He has never bit anything or every lounged at anyone his entire life. This location only hires unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate staff members who don’t have a passion or patience for dealing with dogs or their owners. Shame on the grooming staff for their mistreatment of dogs. We will definitely be going somewhere else. If you love your dog take them somewhere reliable with people who actually care.

My dog was labeled as an anxious dog by a new groomer after a visit and from there on out we had to cough up a $15 charge for express service each time. We also can only be seen at certain days/times that were convenient for them (not convenient for those who work). Today, we had an express appointment and we were told to come in an hour earlier due to cancellations. As part of the express service fee, the owners have to stay in the store to be present when the dog is finished. After 25 mins, the groomer called me saying that my dog was ready and to pick him up. This was surprising as it normally takes 1hr to finish his grooming. When I picked him up, the groomer falsely stated that my dog was “aggressive” and tried to jump off the table to bite a dog which was far from the truth, as I was there the whole time to witness his service. My dog has never been noted to be aggressive at all. He has never bit anything or every lounged at anyone his entire life. This location only hires unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate staff members who don’t have a passion or patience for dealing with dogs or their owners. Shame on the grooming staff for their mistreatment of dogs. We will definitely be going somewhere else. If you love your dog take them somewhere reliable with people who actually care.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My dog has been coming to this PetSmart for 4 years for the grooming services. As of last year, we noticed a change in the staffing and professionalism of the grooming staff. We thought this was due to the pandemic so we stayed around. We continued to be a valued customer due to location and for the fact that my dog was familiar with their grooming department.
