The gal ask me the type of haircut I wanted + did a wonderful job! She explained there was am app to check in as well! I will definitely return. Beautiful hair cut and friendly service at a reasonable price too !!

Absolute delight and was able to figure out exactly what I wanted from two blurry Google image search results, which probably means she's a witch or something, and I like her SO MUCH. My husband got great results from Starr, and we're totally sold on coming back here for all our future tonsorial needs. A+++ would make more wildly drastic spur of the moment hair choices here any day.

Even though great clips tries to keep a "record" of what you get...interpretation of that recipe will vary from person to person. I have gone to this great clips for about a year now. I got my bangs cut there and I’ve had trims done. All of those experiences were good. This weekend I went in for a bang trim and I guess I just got the stylist when she was having a bad day? She botched my bangs. I asked for them to be trimmed so it’s shorter in the middle and longer on the sides. I dont think she ever even parted my bangs, she just pulled hair out of my pony tail that I came in with. Never combed or wet anything. She trimmed them like I’ve seen at home bang cutting tutorials do on YouTube which normally have a *FAIL* in the title. And that was how she *kept* cutting them to make them the length I want. They were uneven and one side is almost more “dense” than the other. I tried to fix them when I got home, but I kinda look like Edna mode from the incredibles. She was also rude to me when I asked if we could try to blend the hairs more (bc it was just blunt straight across bangs). It was like she was frustrated with me. My hair is also very thin bc I lose hair due to an endocrine system disorder and she said she couldn’t blend my “feather hair” properly? Idk I was just so embarrassed lol and that’s never been a problem before. The two stylists who have done a great job on my hair there in the past have curly hair. Idk their names or if they are there anymore. I have the name of this stylist, but I don’t want to cost anyone their job. But this was TERRIBLE and I will not be going back there again.
