I went in for what should have been a simple trim and left with my hair hacked up just days before my wedding. I wanted to cry, but being as nonconfrontational as I am, I just tipped her and left. Do not go here.

The two staff members were great. There was no waiting. They arranged for my hair to be donated and then...comped the hair cut because of the donation. My hair had last been cut in 2005 with only one trim prior to 2022, so, it was long. Thank you!

I liked the easy check in online, which cut our wait time considerably. They did a great job cutting my daughter's hair at a very reasonable price. Very pleased with our experience there today.

The haircut was not good. It was angled to my face before I went there and she acted like she had no idea what to do to my hair just to cut dead ends off. Very dissatisfied with cut. When hair is dry it looks horrible. I need to get it fixed to look somewhat normal.

This is by far my greatest haircut experience I’ve had in a long time. This beats all the salons I’ve visited in the Washington DC metro area. Susan was extremely friendly, professional and patient. She did a fabulous job with my haircut & I couldn’t be happier. I was just visiting Harrisburg and realized I needed a haircut so I just stopped by. Ruthanne is an excellent stylist. Ive gotten my hair cut by her a few times now and I'm always happy. The proof is in the pudding however... I brought my almost four year old to get a trim almost a month ago. To this day, she hasn't stopped talking about her "second first haircut". I an very happy with the quality of service provided here!

Terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes which is fine. Go to run an errand for 20 minutes, come back and even though I was first in line according to the online check-in, they took someone in front of me. This is not what I’m entirely upset about. What I’m upset about is the fact that they had two hairstylists there and one was “wrapping up” her day while I was waiting an additional 15 minutes when I came back. Terrible service and they do not put the customer first. I guess that’s what you get in return for a cheap haircut. Great Clips has permanently lost my business after 3 years of being a customer. I would recommend other options in the area if you are looking for better service and a quality haircut.
