One of worst banks around. Cut hours are not reflected on website or voicemail when you call. They closed the downtown office, thinking it is okay to have to drive 12 miles to do business with them. Cut down the number of branches when other financial institutions are adding branches. Soon customers will go elsewhere and you can close all of them.

The Customer Service at the Market St. Branch is Amazing. I can tend to get rude when things aren't going my way. Everyone from the Branch Manager down have been nothing short of very polite and professional. Thank you.

Don't bank here. They're terrible. Like so many banks that operate under the guise of confidentiality to withhold useful operating information from members and members' spouses, Susquehanna Bank is no exception. I've had an account with them since 2009. Every time I call into the Customer Service, it's the same crap with the account number and PIN number. I'm pretty certain I didn't even HAVE to establish a PIN # when the account was created. My husband's loan for our car is almost repaid, and I called to get the final payoff amount so I could write the check appropriately and not overpay. Despite my name being listed on the account, and each month's payment coming from ME, because it's not in MY name, they will not give me any information. This isn't a checking account mind you, where I might actually be able to commit some type of fraud, it's a loan that we owe THEM! They can wait on their payment. I'll be moving my account, and this will be the last time we do business with these uptight sheisters.
