Junior a road service tech at your Harrisburg location is the best tech I've ever had. I drive a tractor trailer and we lease our trucks from Ryder. I had a coolant leak about 2 weeks ago in New Jersey and it was automatically towed. I sat on the side of the road for six and a half hours waiting for a tow truck. I had to similar issue today in Pennsylvania and Junior was the guy who was called out. It was hot and on the side of the road and he could have easily said to have it towed but instead went back to the shop got the parts he needed came back and got me up and running within a couple of hours. I would have had to lay over in PA and get a loaner truck. You need to hire more people like Junior who actually care about getting truck drivers off the road in a timely Manor. He was also friendly we had a conversation and he didn't treat me like I was a burden for the day like I have been in the past. Great employee definitely the best I've ever encountered. Give this man a raise

The staff was very accommodating in getting the best deal for us. Above par was the quality of truck as well as the pricing! It was a great for us to have road cases and be able to pack it all in safely.

This hub of Ryder has issues in the area of repairs. Our company had had issues with our truck that never seems to be resolved. I don't know if it's the truck itself or the lack of expertise. All I Do know is that it's in the shop every other week.

I was in a rush for a truck at the last minute since I was moving into a new apartment and had a reservation with another truck company (that will remain nameless...) who didn't have a truck for me when I showed up for my reservation and they never bothered to call and tell me! Ryder had a truck for me and got me on my way quickly so I had all day to still move my things. Very friendly and professional counter person! Only down side is they don't do one-way rentals but for local moving they were amazing.

Decent pricing, but wish it was based on 24hr periods instead of calendar days. Renting from Noon to Noon the next day counts as two days, whereas at Enterprise that would only be charged as one day. My 16ft cabover box truck leaked from a tiny drizzle of rain, but the sales people offered 200 free miles on a future rental to compensate. It's a good thing it was not a genuinely rainy day, I was transporting electronics. The inside of the box was also not swept out and it appeared whoever rented that truck previously had been transporting an entire coast line worth of sand, and the life gate was very rusty and quite dirty as well.
