This bank shows no respect which is there whole slogan. Called in friday due to a fraud transaction. Even had the company who did the charge on the phone with me and the bank. Told me everything was good i had nothing to worry about. Now today that money is gone and they are telling me there is nothing they can do even though i paid them a fee to make sure it didnt come out. Scam artist at there best.

I don’t understand some of these reviews. I’ve never had a problem with this bank. They are very Courteous , respectful and engaging. This is probably the only bank that I’ve ever dealt with where they actually make you feel like you are genuinely important ! ! And to be honest I’ve had this feeling in every one of the local branches in the Harrisburg area love them!! Best bank ever!
