Quite surprising looking at the rating after my current experience. Simple protocol you can walk into any bank I sold a vehicle Customer wrote me a check to my name personally they bank with Chase I went there to cash my check. Teller made all sorts of excuses of how she could not help me. My experience is probably a reflection of what the other 20 people with terrible reviews. Not to mention chase bank is in the news Politically . Nada news over there this location is trash .

Several accounts with chase bank including my business accounts. Anytime we need anything from them it's like pulling teeth. The employees are not helpful. They act like you work for them. You're employees and you should act like it. Illiana is particularly unhelpful. I suggest you bank elsewhere.

Loved it previously, always selected this particular branch for off-line visits but today there was a terrible visit to the branch - absolutely unprofessional person that even did not try to help, no help from branch manager - Ok, I understand everybody needs lunch time but not even follow up call later. Never before I had such a terrible attitude but one time is enough.

We were having issues with a new credit card we received. Visited the branch on McMullen Booth rd. & saw Lauren. She was so friendly and very very helpful and resolved the issues I had with my new credit card. Also interacted with Paul, the Manager. Thank you both for taking care of me.

I had a major amount of money to move to this bank for a Trust account. First they said they needed two hours to read the paperwork. WRONG Next they said I could make an appointment for the next day which I kept when I went to this bank they said there would be a half hour wait in the car and I couldn't come in.. After waiting one full hour I marched in got my trust papers back. I went directly to BOA and the account was open immediately. This Bank of America is located on Sunset and Belcher 10 Thumbs up for Bank O America.

Cameron, at the Enterprise Rd branch, was my earth angel recently when I realized my debit card had been compromised, and because of COVID 19, I wasn’t able to reach a person on their fraud telephone line. I called the branch and when Cameron took my call he was extremely helpful, and by the time I reached their drive through, he had the fraud forms ready for me to sign. He also ordered a new debit card which I received 2 days later in the mail. Big kudos to Cameron who saved the day for me!

Absolutely terrible. Multiple Times you drive into the window and no one‘s there. They tell you they’re busy with customers in the front. Why would there not be a representative at the window? The answer I just got was, that Chase wants to move the technology and limit personnel at local banks. Time to move every one of my accounts to Wells Fargo where they care about people and interacting with the community.

The saving grace of this bank is it's people. The associates are very welcoming. But, Chase's banking policies are so random and totally contradictory to satisfying the customer. I have gone there many times and displayed two forms of the same Identification. One is a debit card with C.I.D. on the back. The visit before last, I was forced to sign the debit card or it would not be accepted. I asked for a manager. I was advised he was occupied but, she had just confirmed the policy with him. I signed it with a squiggly circle... it was accepted. My signature was on the second piece of identification (a driver's license)!

Want an ID for me to make a deposit? When I asked them why they said they don't like cash deposits because they need to know where the cash comes from. I changed banks instantly!!
