I was just as this location and the service was amazing. Maria & Rosi went out of their way to help me. They were both very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone.

The bank teller didn't think I knew the difference between a withdrawal and a deposit... I went to the bank to deposit $200 in cash. I kept the cash in my pocket and wasn't going to reveal it until they requested it from me. Absolutely embarrassing customer service.

Literally the worst employees Wells Fargo has are at this branch including management. Every time I call in my change order they never have it ready or they “can’t find it” which takes 20+ extra minutes for them to put it together. There’s a reason we have to call the change orders, right? Always a waste of time going in here.

Horrible customer service. Maria Roman was working the counter, I was next in line. She saw me and got up and went to the back with no explanation. I complained about her nastiness the day before you would think she would try to do better today instead of proving that I was right.

This review is about the Well Fargo banking system and not about this location. Do not use this brand of bank unless you like the inconvenience of banking with them. A simple ordering of a new Debit card is such a hassle. You can't simply order one at the branch like other banks. They make you call a customer service number that has long wait times amd when you do get help they can't help you with that and must again transfer you to another sales associate who can order it for you. 3 phone calls and still waiting to order a debit card.. How archaic is this when a bank rep can't provide a variety of services wasting their customer's time, waiting on the phone. What happened to being able to come to a bank and get the services you need without an appointment? Wells Fargo it's time to make changes or your customers will continue to leave for a more modern and efficient bank.

Just opened a joint account with my wife. After setting an appointment a week and a half in advance we were made to wait still. Once the account was setup we went to check at the atm and found we had been locked out of our main checking. We tried to get this fixed and they made us wait another hour without apologies. Rude associates, poorly trained banker and absolutely no customer skills.

First off, I would like to say that the tellers at this location are always very helpful and Wells customer service is always super helpful. But, I have actually been to this specific bank employee twice to handle a couple of wire transfers and both times was a horrible experience. He was very rude with me as I was a nuisance to him even though this is job. This last time I told him that I am closing on a house the following day so I wanted to make sure that this wire went through and wasn't a problem. He just kind of brushed me off as though I was being unnecessarily worried about it and he did the transaction and said it was all good. I received a call this morning an hour before my house closing and it was him on the phone proceeding to tell me that I did not have enough money and therefore the transfer was cancelled! Like what?!?! I went through specifically all of the funds and somehow a certain sum of money disappeared out of my account. He at that point was neither helpful nor had any sort of remorse that he totally F***** me over. I then called Wells Fargo customer service and they retrieved my money and helped me send my wire with not problem. I think it's completely unprofessional and uncourteous behavior from an employee to a client when this is their job.
