Disappointed by the customer service. I dropped two bicycles off for what we agreed as basic bike assembly at $75 per bicycle. I was advised that some pieces might be missing and that I would be called if there was anything additional. I was charged an additional $90 for work that was not discussed in advance- All of which I would have declined. I brought back one of the bicycles the following day as the wheel was firmly against the fender. The mechanic pulled the fender up aggressively until the wheel spun freely. I raised the issue of the additional charges. In many more words I was told the work had to be done. I asked why I hadn’t been called. The mechanic continued to be defensive displaying poor customer service and providing no rationale. I excused myself and noticed when outside that the fender had been damaged. I was taken advantage of by bike sport and am disappointed that a small business would treat a customer in this way.

Will Donohue at BikeSport was able to successfully adjust my completely out-of-adjustment Ultegra front derailleur on my new Canyon CF8 road bike in under 2 minutes today while I waited, and made accommodating adjustments to the rear derailleur, all while explaining to me what he was doing. He worked quickly like an expert surgeon that's performed the same operation a thousand times. I had just come from another bicycle shop that advised me the derailleur was flawed and could not be adjusted. Thanks to BikeSport, it now works perfectly.

Great bike shop! Let me test ride the bike in the parking lot after taking the time to explain how to operate the bike. Professional staff that was never pushy. Will the manager treated me well and thoroughly inspected and adjusted my new bike before I took it home. I highly recommend BikeSport!

Best bike shop around. Excellent prices and a very helpful staff that goes the extra mile for you. We have purchased 3 bikes there and are very pleased. My son was also given an E-bike, he wrecked it. Some parts needed to be replaced and there is not a qualified tech in the area. David the owner, went out of his way to help us out. Like I said best bike shop around!

Brought a brand new folding bike in for the recommended initial inspection, costs $75 and 3-4 business days. Got the bike back and the front brake (edit: handle) was very loose and the brake pads touched the wheel. Also was informed that this is normal when a bike breaks in, which may have made sense if I had ridden the bike at all since the tune up. Tech took ten seconds and tightened the brake to wear it should have been. No idea why this wasn’t done during the $75 initial inspection “tune up” and required me coming back to the shop. Would not recommend getting an initial inspection done. Spend the $75 on tools so you can check things yourself. Edit: shop response blamed the brake issue on something I probably did after getting the bike back. I get it, customers can make mistakes, but all I can say is that I know that I did not do anything beside unfold my bike (correctly and while following the manufacturer's instructional youtube video), pushed it to roll a bit, and felt the front wheel had resistance and then noticed that the brake handle squeezed all the way down to the handle. Now, instead of my previous rating, I am lowering to 1 star as my original review only recommended against the initial inspection service, and my review now reflects the customer service response. I was told in shop that what happened to the brake happens when it breaks in, and now it's because I probably unfolded it wrong? I can't speak to other services provided here, but I will stand by my recommendation to spend your $75 on your own tools when you buy a bike since this bike shop will blame you if anything is off after they inspect it. And I can't really enjoy my bike until my ordered tool kit comes in because the quick fix in shop left my front brake off center (thanks youtube for helping me figure out what I can do!). That's what I hoped to avoid with an inspection, but lesson learned. Other services at this shop may or may not be fine, and based on other reviews this may be a one off poor service interaction, but here's info for you to make your own decision.

BikeSport is a great place to shop for a bike, get bike accessories, or get your current bike repaired. They have an excellent repair and maintenance team that can help you with any questions. They are truly experts and their prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Well there is no wonder why BikeSport has so many great reviews! They are truly the best and so easy to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly! I will tell you that I went to two other bikes shops before finding BikeSport and it was a really, bad experience. No one wanted to help me or answer questions. I just wanted to buy a bike. I knew what I wanted and I couldn't even buy a bike from these places. I called and spoke with Will at BikeSport and he immediately went into action and helped me. He found me my bike in about an hour! I am also picking it up in a couple days! So thankful I found them and I highly recommend BikeSport for all your bike needs!!!!! Update: Picked up my bike! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! They fitted it to me and gave me some great information about my new LIV Avail AR 4. I will never go anywhere else for my bike needs!
