The dog trainer Angela is AMAZING. Today was our first training with my brand new dog - my German shepherd puppy. I am kinda overprotective, at least that’s what my husband says. I want my dog to have the best everything. And I was worried that the trainer would be not enough professional. But the trainer Angela is super good, super professional. I was impressed how fast she finds contact with dogs, how they listen to her. I see how dedicated she is with what she was doing. Also the information Angela gives about training is super helpful. Definitely we will keep having training sessions with this super trainer.

I was just there getting some supplies for my cat and one of the rescues caught mine and my sons attention. The lady watching for them let us in and was very cordial, she had sent me home to get my paperwork to adopt the kitty after we bonded with her for 10mins. I went to get my paperwork, by the time I came back to the store another lady with blue hair (can’t remember her name) was in the room, I guess there was a shift change. From the minute we arrived I could sense a negative vibe as she kept coming and going inside the room and not letting us in, my son knocked at least 3 times and she could clearly see us but only until about 4 mins in she decided to open the door. She was also very standoffish and just in a complete negative state. I showed her my paperwork which was my cats vaccines and my lease which only needed to state that animals are allowed in the residential. She swears that I need something besides the lease saying I can have the pet…my leasing office never gave me anything separate. I have a cat, fish and a hamster, if I wasn’t allowed to have animals I think this wouldn’t be the case but clearly I am. She did not let me adopt the cat and implied I was not correct, even tho I showed her my SIGNED lease. Terrible experience, I will never try to adopt there again, I took a leap of faith trying because I’ve heard negative things about them but now I had to see it first hand by a volunteer who would not reason except for asking me for this separate paper ON A SUNDAY.

The store is super clean and the employees are always open, friendly, and professional. They all - at least the ones I've met - love animals and LOVE their jobs, so they're always smiling, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Their prices are comparable, but since they have sales every week, and GOOD ones usually, I typically come out better shopping there than I do at the grocery store, and since I have 4 kitties, I spend a quarter of my grocery budget on pet supplies, so that makes a HUGE difference. I highly recommend this PetSmart over most of the others I've shipped at, simply because it's so clean, bright, and has such great employees.

Took my new rescue Peanut there to get groomed he got a bath and brush by Alexis B . She was great I didn’t know how he was going to react and she did great and he looked great and gave him a cute bandanna at the end. Would recommend this place !

I dropped my 1.5 yr old yorkie off to get groomed here for the first time. It had been a few months since his last full cut b/c it was cold outside and he loves sitting on the porch for hours so I didn't want him to be cold. (First time with a small, hairy dog so I'm still learning things.) Nonetheless, his groomer Kim (who was awesome by the way, definitely 5 stars for her) came out, explained things I should and shouldn't do with my yorkie, showed me the areas underneath the surface where his coat had become matted, (I want to point out here that she was able to detangle/stroke through some easily with her fingers), and explained to me we'd have to cut him shorter than what I wanted b/c of certain areas and that it'd be easier for me and most comfortable for him. She even let me take a before pic of him before she took him back so I could see the difference in my little Chewbacca (no that's not his name 😔) when she finished. So back to work I go. Well, about 30 minutes later I get a call from her stating that the manager refused to allow her to groom him and that he had to be picked back up. I could hear the disappointment in her voice as she kept apologizing for something that wasn't her fault. I had to send someone else to pick him up b/c I was unable. Needless to say. He's now been groomed with no issue and is back to looking like my handsome boy! Leaves me wondering why this manager at this location refused to take care of my boy.

Excellent experience. The workers are great and very friendly. We bought a hamster for our kids and some accessories for our little pet. They made me feel welcome there, very different from PetCo. At PetCo they humiliated our family and them refused to sell us a hamster.

Maybe it's because I visit during my lunch hours, but this place is always so laid back and friendly. They have a nice cat adoption area, and the people who work in the fish area really seem to know their stuff.

I’ve never went into pet smart until recently and when I say it has been the best experience, I truly admire the lady named Rebecca she usually is the cashier and helps around the store she is so personable and so passionate about her job! I will never go anywhere else for my dogs needs because of this experience every time!

Always get my cats food here as my cat is very finicky and they will take back an open bag of food as long as there is a least 75% in the bag. Me normally only a cup out. My cat Simon doesn't have any teeth. When he was young he had a rare disease that the had to remove them. He was with an older couple and they loved him so much the paid an outrageous price to have the operation. I am glad they did. I adopted him at age 5. The Petsmart I go to know his story and understand. Great employees and customer service.
